Mr. Kent,

This letter serves as an official notice of disciplinary action taken against you by the executive team at North Pole Championship Wrestling (NPCW).

Effective immediately, you are hereby suspended from all broadcast duties related to Chill Factor and any affiliated NPCW programming indefinitely. This suspension comes as a direct result of your dereliction of duty during the live broadcast of Chill Factor, dated July 13, 2025, where you abandoned your post and failed to fulfill your professional obligations to the company and our audience.

Furthermore, following your unauthorized and deliberate interference with the Polar Power broadcast on July 25, 2025, and Chill Factor on July 27, 2025, you are barred from attending or participating in any NPCW-sanctioned events or productions until further notice.

Your actions constitute a severe breach of contract and a threat to the integrity of our brand, our performers, and our fanbase. Should you continue any further unauthorized broadcasts, signal hijackings, or disruptions to NPCW programming, you will leave us no choice but to pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent of the law.

NPCW encourages dissent and debate, but not sabotage and slander under the guise of “brutal honesty.”

We sincerely hope you will take this opportunity to reflect on your actions.
