SHADOWFALL Rundown Preview Show - June 20, 2025

[OPENING SHOT]
Upbeat but dramatic intro music plays. The camera sweeps across a sleek NPCW studio set dressed in black and chrome with “Shadowfall Preview Show” in bold across a giant LED wall. KC Rogers stands center stage at a high glass desk, smiling warmly into the camera. To her right sits Brick Brody — sunglasses on indoors, leather jacket that’s probably older than some of the wrestlers on the card, arms crossed like he owns the place. On her left, Smooth Samantha — poised, stylish, and radiating effortless cool, a tablet in hand for notes.

KC Rogers:
(Bright, inviting tone)
“Good evening, North Pole Championship Wrestling fans, and welcome to the official Shadowfall Preview Show — the place where we break down, size up, and, yes, make our official picks for the biggest matches coming to you live on August 31st from the North Pole Arena. I’m KC Rogers, and tonight I am joined by two of the most… unique voices in NPCW broadcasting.”

KC Rogers:
(Gestures to her right)
“On one side — he’s a man who wrestled through blood, snow, and beer in the roughest rings this sport has ever seen, and he’s been telling anyone who’ll listen that Shadowfall might just be the night NPCW grows a real backbone… Brick Brody.”

Brick Brody:
(Leaning into mic, smirking)
“Darn right, KC. This ain’t gonna be a night for TikTok dancers and pretty poses — this is the kind of card that separates the wrestlers from the Instagram influencers. And if anybody’s feelings get hurt over what I say tonight… good. That means they’re paying attention.”

KC Rogers:
(Smiling with patience)
“And balancing things out on my other side… the always insightful, always elegant, and always ready with the facts — Smooth Samantha.”

Smooth Samantha:
(Smooth, measured delivery)
“Thank you, KC. I’ll try to keep us civilized tonight… though I’m not sure Brick can even spell ‘civilized.’ But I will bring stats, history, and a little logic to the table — because someone has to explain why these matches matter beyond just bruises and bruised egos.”

Brick Brody:
(Tilts head, mock offended)
“Oh, I know exactly why they matter — because in that ring, you prove if you’re tough enough or you pack it in and go home. No pie charts required.”

KC Rogers:
(Holding up her hands between them)
“And this is why we love having both of you here. Over the course of the show, the three of us are going to run through every single match on the Shadowfall card — from championship clashes to personal grudges — and each of us will give our pick for the winner. And just to make it interesting, we’ll also be revealing the predictions from four of our other NPCW broadcast colleagues: Johnny ‘The Mic’ Michaels, Hana Nakamura, Alton Bell, and Celeste Orion.”

Smooth Samantha:
(With a playful grin)
“So we’ll see if Brick and I agree with the rest of the team… or if he decides everyone else is wrong.”

Brick Brody:
(Shrugs)
“Odds are good. I’ve been saying it for years — most of those folks wouldn’t know a real fight if it bit ’em on the ankle.”

KC Rogers:
(Laughs, turning to camera)
“Alright, enough talk about biting ankles — let’s start with the opening bout at Shadowfall, because it features two competitors who’ve been circling each other for months and might just tear the house down before the main event even has a chance…”

[MATCH 1: QUEENS OF PUNISHMENT VS QUEENS OF DESPAIR]

QUEEN VS QUEEN — PRIDE, POWER, & PAYBACK

KC Rogers:
(Warm, professional delivery, leaning forward with energy)
“Alright, let’s kick things off with a match that’s been months in the making — a royal showdown in every sense of the word. At Shadowfall, we’re going to see the Queens of Punishment — Crimson Viper the Queen of Hearts, Dark Duchess the Queen of Spades, and Lady Frost the Snow Queen — with their ever-controversial ally, the Mad Hatter — taking on the Queens of Despair — Regina the Evil Queen, Malice, and Rosalyn the Queen of Thorns — with the Huntsman in their corner.”

KC Rogers:
(As the graphic transitions to footage from July and August)
“Here’s the story: Regina and Malice were once part of the Queens of Punishment, but they had enough of the chaos and match losses caused by Mad Hatter’s interference. Regina wanted him gone, but Crimson Viper wouldn’t hear of it. The disagreement turned into bad blood, and Malice backed Regina. Duchess and Frost stayed loyal to Viper. From there, the split was inevitable. Regina and Malice recruited Rosalyn, brought in the Huntsman for backup, and formed the Queens of Despair. Over July and August, we’ve seen both sides trade wins in singles and tag matches — and now it’s all coming to a head in a six-woman tag team battle.”

KC Rogers:
“For me, I think the original Queens of Punishment have the edge. They’ve been together longer, they’ve got that championship pedigree, and they’ve been through wars together. I’m picking Crimson Viper, Dark Duchess, and Lady Frost to walk away victorious.”

Brick Brody:
(Leaning into the desk, smirking)
“Yeah, I’ll go with the Punishment crew too — but I’ll tell you right now, KC, this whole feud’s been weak. You got Viper and Duchess, legit tag fighters, wasting their time in some royal soap opera instead of going after the Blonde Bombshells and those North Star Tag Titles. Back in my day, you didn’t settle scores over who was friends with the manager — you settled ’em over gold.”

Smooth Samantha:
(Raises an eyebrow)
“Or maybe — and I know this is a stretch for you, Brick — these women actually care about who’s standing in the ring with them. Regina and Malice know exactly how Viper and Duchess think, and Rosalyn brings a whole new dynamic they’ve never had to deal with. Add in the Huntsman, and you’ve got a side that can shut down the Punishment offense. I’m going Queens of Despair.”

Brick Brody:
(Mock applause)
“Nice speech, Sam. Let’s see if it still sounds smart when they’re looking up at the lights.”

KC Rogers:
(Turning toward camera)
“And before we lock in our picks, let’s take a quick look at what the rest of the NPCW broadcast team is predicting for this one…”

  • Johnny ‘The Mic’ Michaels: Queens of Punishment ✅

  • Hana Nakamura: Queens of Despair ✅

  • Alton Bell: Queens of Punishment ✅

  • Celeste Orion: Queens of Despair ✅

KC Rogers:
“So that means, counting us, the tally for this opening bout is…”

[SCORE GRAPHIC APPEARS]
Queens of Punishment – 4 picks (KC, Brick, Johnny, Alton)
Queens of Despair – 3 picks (Samantha, Hana, Celeste)

KC Rogers:
“Pretty even split — and you know what that means: this one’s too close to call. But we’re going to find out at Shadowfall if loyalty beats betrayal, or if the new regime takes the crown.”

[MATCH 2: GODS OF WAR (Ares and Mars) VS MERRY BAND (Friar Tuck and Little John)]

DIVINE WRATH VS REBEL SPIRIT — WAR IN THE SHADOWS OF THE DOME

Brick Brody:
(Leaning forward, gravel in his voice, almost smirking)
“Now here’s a fight that should’ve been a barn burner… but instead, it’s been like watching somebody try to start a campfire with wet matches. You’ve got the Gods of War — Ares and Mars, two of the most physically dominant monsters in NPCW — with Zeus himself pulling the strings… going up against Friar Tuck and Little John from the Merry Band. Back in July, these gods came out swinging — literally — they jumped Tuck and John after a match, Heracles went after Robin Hood, Athena blindsided Maid Marion. It looked like we were on the verge of an all-out war. And then? Fizzle. The heat cooled off, and we’ve been limping toward this showdown ever since.”

Brick Brody:
(Shrugs, but grins)
“Still, even with the steam gone, this match is all about power versus persistence. And when it comes to raw power, there’s no contest. My pick is the Gods of War. They’ll crush these Merry Band boys like stale candy canes.”

KC Rogers:
(Shaking her head with a patient smile)
“I think you’re selling Tuck and John short, Brick. Sure, the Gods have size and strength, but the Merry Band’s whole story is about outsmarting and outlasting people who are ‘too big to beat.’ Tuck’s got the technical chops, John can take — and dish out — more punishment than people expect, and they’ve survived this long because people underestimate them. I’m going Merry Band here.”

Smooth Samantha:
(Calm, thoughtful tone)
“I agree with KC. Look, if this match happened a month ago, I might’ve leaned toward the Gods. But the Merry Band’s been regrouping, learning from each encounter. And Tuck and John have a chemistry Ares and Mars just don’t match. Power wins you moments. Teamwork wins you matches. I’m going Merry Band.”

Brick Brody:
(Snorts, leaning back in his chair)
“Teamwork? This isn’t a bake sale, Sam. You can hold hands all you want, but when a guy the size of Ares drives a knee into your chest, you’re not ‘teaming up,’ you’re gasping for air.”

KC Rogers:
(Ignoring the jab, smiling toward camera)
“Alright, let’s see where the rest of our broadcast colleagues stand on this one…”

  • Johnny ‘The Mic’ Michaels: Gods of War ✅

  • Hana Nakamura: Merry Band ✅

  • Alton Bell: Gods of War ✅

  • Celeste Orion: Merry Band ✅

“So counting our picks here at the desk, the tally for this bout is…”

[SCORE GRAPHIC APPEARS]
Gods of War – 3 picks (Brick, Johnny, Alton)
Merry Band – 4 picks (KC, Samantha, Hana, Celeste)

Smooth Samantha:
(Grinning)
“Looks like the majority of us believe the Merry Band’s got one last trick up their sleeve.”

Brick Brody:
(Pointing to camera)
“Yeah, well, when the bell rings, those ‘tricks’ aren’t gonna stop a warhammer shot to the skull. You can mark this one down — the Gods walk out the winners.”

KC Rogers:
“Either way, it’s going to be a battle of sheer force against heart and cunning — and it’s only match number two on the Shadowfall card. Things are heating up here…”

[MATCH 3: VAN HELSING vs. KRAMPUS]

ALPHA HUNTER VS ALPHA DEMON — THE ROAD TO THE NORTH POLE TITLE

KC Rogers:
(Centering herself at the desk, voice clear and energized)
“Alright, this one’s been circling the storm for weeks — Van Helsing, the Alpha Hunter of the Hunters’ Enclave, against Krampus, the Alpha Demon of the Demonic Legion with Grinch Heyman at his side. Both men have been racking up wins, both have been knocking at the door of North Pole Title contention… and now they’re face-to-face in the Glacier Dome at Shadowfall.”

KC Rogers:
(Graphic cuts to highlight reel — Van Helsing staking foes, Krampus crushing opponents)
“This is a battle of two alphas colliding in their prime. Van Helsing’s precision, his ring IQ, his ability to scout an opponent and tear apart their game plan — that’s been his calling card since day one in NPCW. But Krampus is a different beast entirely — literally. Pure power, raw aggression, and a mean streak that Grinch Heyman has only sharpened over the last few months. Whoever wins here is likely looking at a fast-track to the North Pole Title picture.”

KC Rogers:
“For me, I’m picking Van Helsing. He’s been here before, he’s won high-pressure matches, and even if Krampus has the muscle, Helsing’s got the tools to bring the demon down.”

Brick Brody:
(Scoffs, waving a hand dismissively)
“KC, you’re dreaming. Van Helsing’s off his game. Ever since Mina Harker went missing, he’s been distracted, walking around like he’s got ghosts in his head. You can’t go into a match with a monster like Krampus when you’re thinking about your lost lady. Meanwhile, Krampus? He’s focused, he’s got the Grinch whispering in his ear, and he’s ready to steamroll anyone in his way. My pick’s Krampus.”

Smooth Samantha:
(Measured, nodding slightly toward Brick)
“I’m with Brick on this one. I love Van Helsing’s skill set, and normally I’d take him in a match like this. But right now, he’s fighting with one eye on the ring and the other somewhere else. That’s not how you beat someone who thrives on exploiting weakness. Krampus has the edge, and I think he leaves with the win.”

Brick Brody:
(Pointing toward Samantha with a grin)
“See, Sam knows — focus beats fancy footwork every time.”

KC Rogers:
(Turning to camera with a small smile)
“Let’s see how the rest of our broadcast team is calling this one…”

[ON-SCREEN GRAPHIC: “Broadcast Team Picks – Match 3”]

  • Johnny ‘The Mic’ Michaels: Krampus ✅

  • Hana Nakamura: Van Helsing ✅

  • Alton Bell: Van Helsing ✅

  • Celeste Orion: Krampus ✅

KC Rogers:
“So, when we put all the picks together, here’s where we stand…”

[SCORE GRAPHIC APPEARS]
Van Helsing – 3 picks (KC, Hana, Alton)
Krampus – 4 picks (Brick, Samantha, Johnny, Celeste)

Smooth Samantha:
(With a slight grin)
“Looks like most of us are siding with the demon on this one.”

Brick Brody:
(Confident smirk, leaning back in his chair)
“And at Shadowfall, the demon’s gonna make the hunter his trophy.”

KC Rogers:
(Smiling into the camera)
“Either way, this one’s going to be brutal. Alpha versus alpha, and the winner walks away one step closer to the biggest prize in NPCW.”

[MATCH 4: NORTH STAR TAG TEAM TITLE TOURNAMENT FINAL]

The Blonde Bombshells (Dorothy & Alice) vs. Wicked Willow and Morrigan

BEAUTY VS DARKNESS — GOLD HANGS IN THE BALANCE

Smooth Samantha:
(Poised and confident, leaning forward slightly)
“This next match is going to be a clash of styles, personalities, and history — and it’s for the North Star Tag Team Championships. The champions, the Blonde Bombshells — Dorothy and Alice — defending against Dark Ritual — Wicked Willow and Morrigan, with the Witch’s Coven lurking at ringside.”

Smooth Samantha:
(Video footage rolls — the Wicked Witch’s attack in March, Dorothy’s recovery, the Bombshells winning gold, Dark Ritual’s rise)
“These two teams know each other very well. It goes all the way back to March when the Wicked Witch, with the rest of the Coven, nearly blinded Dorothy. Since then, Dorothy and Alice, alongside Goldie Locks, reinvented themselves as the Blonde Bombshells — and they’ve dominated the division ever since. But Dark Ritual has been on a tear lately. Wicked Willow and Morrigan have racked up win after win, and they’re not shy about saying they want to bring championship gold into the Coven. This is personal… and it’s for the most prestigious tag team belts in NPCW.”

Smooth Samantha:
“For me, I have to go with the champions. The Blonde Bombshells have proven time and again they can handle the mind games, the interference, and the physicality. They’ve been the most dominant team in the division for a reason — and I think they walk out of Shadowfall still champions.”

Brick Brody:
(Leaning in, grinning)
“See, Sam, that’s where you’re wrong. The Coven’s been sharpening their blades for months, and Dark Ritual’s the deadliest part of that arsenal. Willow and Morrigan aren’t just wrestlers, they’re hunters — they’ll drag the Bombshells into the shadows and leave ‘em there. My pick’s Dark Ritual. Time for new champs.”

KC Rogers:
(Smiling confidently)
“I respect the challenge Dark Ritual brings, but the Bombshells have been through worse and come out shining. This isn’t just about holding the belts — it’s about proving they’re the standard of the division. I’m sticking with Dorothy and Alice.”

Brick Brody:
(Mocking tone)
“Yeah, well, ‘shining’ is nice until the lights go out and the witches start swinging.”

KC Rogers:
(With a small chuckle, to camera)
“Let’s see what the rest of the NPCW broadcast team thinks…”

[ON-SCREEN GRAPHIC: “Broadcast Team Picks – Match 4”]

  • Johnny ‘The Mic’ Michaels: Blonde Bombshells ✅

  • Hana Nakamura: Blonde Bombshells ✅

  • Alton Bell: Dark Ritual ✅

  • Celeste Orion: Dark Ritual ✅

KC Rogers:
“So, that gives us…”

[SCORE GRAPHIC APPEARS]
Blonde Bombshells – 4 picks (Samantha, KC, Johnny, Hana)
Dark Ritual – 3 picks (Brick, Alton, Celeste)

Smooth Samantha:
(Nodding with a knowing smile)
“The numbers may be close, but I think the champions have one more statement to make.”

Brick Brody:
(Smirks)
“Yeah, and Dark Ritual’s about to make their own — with those belts in their hands.”

KC Rogers:
“Either way, this one’s going to be intense, unpredictable, and maybe even a little magical… but only one team leaves Shadowfall with the gold.”

[MATCH 5: MRS. CLAUS VS LA BRUJA MUERTE]

Holiday Hope vs. Unholy Horror – Can Light Survive the Coven’s Darkest Creation?

Brick Brody (Lead): leans forward with that half-smirk, half-snarl expression “Alright, let’s get down to brass tacks. This isn’t your cozy little holiday postcard, folks. This is the fight that’s been boiling since the moment the Coven set foot in NPCW. Wicked Witch, Willow, Morrigan — they made their point early by targeting Mrs. Claus, and let’s not sugarcoat it — they almost ended her career. Then, in July, we saw the biggest escalation yet… the Coven teaming up with the Demonic Legion to unleash La Bruja Muerte. And I’m tellin’ you, this isn’t just another witch in fancy robes — this is a walking curse wrapped in muscle and malevolence. Mrs. Claus is tough, sure, but against the Coven’s most dangerous weapon? I don’t see how she pulls it off. My pick is La Bruja Muerte — the nightmare before Christmas.”

KC Rogers: frowning, but resolute “Brick, I respect your opinion, but I think you’re underestimating Mrs. Claus. This woman’s been the beating heart of NPCW’s holiday spirit for years, and every time she’s been knocked down, she’s come back stronger. Yes, La Bruja Muerte is dangerous — maybe the most dangerous woman on the roster right now — but hope and resilience are hard to kill. My pick? Mrs. Claus fights through the darkness and gets the win.”

Smooth Samantha: cool and composed, speaking with measured confidence “La Bruja Muerte might be the Coven’s crown jewel of chaos, but Mrs. Claus has been through the fire. She’s weathered every kind of storm this year, and if anyone can stand up to supernatural intimidation, it’s her. She’s got experience, she’s got resolve, and she’s got the crowd in her corner. I’m siding with KC here — Mrs. Claus takes it.”

[MATCH 6 – NORTHERN LIGHTS TITLE MATCH ABADDON VS ROBIN HOOD]

Can the Merry Marksman Hit the Bullseye, or Will Abaddon Keep the Darkness on Top?

Smooth Samantha (Lead):
"Oh, I have been waiting for this one," Samantha says with that warm, velvety tone. "Ever since Polar Meltdown Aftermath, when Abaddon stormed through and snatched that Northern Lights Title from Robin Hood—after he’d held it for just one single day—this has been the redemption story I’ve had my eyes on. Robin was humiliated, plain and simple, and it’s been gnawing at him all summer. And yes…" she smiles knowingly, "I may be a little biased toward a certain bow-wielding hero in green. But come on—his non-title win over Abaddon proves he’s got the precision, the skill, and the heart to do what nobody else has been able to do… end Abaddon’s reign."

KC Rogers:
"Sam, you’re sweet, but this is Abaddon we’re talking about," KC says firmly. "This is a Northern Lights Champion who’s been running over people like they’re speed bumps. That one loss to Robin was an anomaly. Title on the line? Completely different animal."

Brick Brody:
"Thank you, KC. See, Samantha’s talking like Robin’s waltzing into Sherwood Forest. He’s not. He’s walking into a nightmare. Abaddon’s not just dominant—he’s destructive. Lilith’s at ringside, the guy’s got that freakish strength, and the longer this match goes, the worse it gets for Robin Hood. He’s not stealing gold tonight—he’s getting planted six feet under it."

Smooth Samantha:
"Brick, you can keep your doom and gloom. I’m sticking with my pick. Robin Hood regains the title—"

Brick Brody (interrupting):
"—And I’m sticking with reality. Abaddon crushes him again."

[MATCH 7 – NPCW TAG TEAM MATCH MISFITS OF MAYHEM VS THE BEASTS]

"From Flippers to Fists – The Misfits’ Fairytale Meets Its Nightmare Ending

KC Rogers:
"Alright folks, this is the one that’s got everyone talking for all the wrong reasons. The Misfits of Mayhem — Negropolis and Madman Mason — have been riding a wild wave since arriving in NPCW. Remember, they were cast aside from HCW’s Dark Dominion, wandered north, and somehow became one of the most beloved teams in the North Pole. And let’s be honest — a big part of that was Flippers, their adorable baby penguin mascot. ‘Flippersmania’ was a real thing, it was everywhere — t-shirts, hats, kids chanting in the stands — and it fueled the Misfits all the way to winning the NPCW Tag Team Titles from the Polar Bears at Polar Meltdown on June 29th."

KC:
"But then came the gut punch. Flippers was kidnapped. And for weeks, Mason spiraled — he was erratic, distracted, and you could see Negropolis struggling to hold this team together. And then came the reveal… the person behind the kidnapping was none other than Madman Mason’s own sister, Polly Mason. She made it very clear — if they want Flippers back, they have to put those tag titles on the line against her team, The Beasts, at Shadowfall. Tonight, this isn’t just a title defense — it’s about saving a friend… and a family betrayal."

Brick Brody:
"KC, let me stop you right there. We’re not talking about a ‘friend,’ we’re talking about a penguin. A bird. An oversized lunch order if you ask me. The Misfits are jokes — a couple of comedy sideshow acts who stumbled into titles because the Polar Bears had an off night. The Beasts? They’re real wrestlers. They’re big, they’re mean, and they’ve got Polly pulling the strings. And you know what? She’s got the brains to make sure her boys leave here with the belts."

Smooth Samantha:
"Brick, you can roll your eyes all you want, but there’s no denying the connection the fans have with the Misfits. They’ve fought uphill battles their whole careers. They’ve been underestimated, laughed at, and every time, they’ve shocked people. And tonight, with Flippers’ fate on the line, I think you’re going to see a level of fight and desperation from them that The Beasts aren’t ready for. Plus…" (she smirks) "Negropolis’ ring IQ is way higher than people give him credit for. I’m taking the Misfits."

KC:
"I’m right there with you, Samantha. I think this is going to be a war, but something tells me the Misfits are going to find a way. They’re unpredictable, and that’s exactly what they’ll need to be against two wrecking machines like The Beasts. I’m picking Misfits of Mayhem to retain."

Brick:
"Enjoy the fairytale ending in your head, ladies. I’ll be over here living in reality — and in reality, the Misfits don’t walk out with those belts. Beasts all the way."

[MATCH 8 – QUEEN OF THE NORTH TITLE MATCH GOLDIE LOCKS VS MOONSHADOW]

Street Fight Match

Golden Reign or Midnight Howl — Who Will Rule the North?

Smooth Samantha (smiling to camera): “Alright folks, it’s time for what I consider the co-main event — the Queen of the North Title Match — where the reigning champion Goldie Locks of the Blonde Bombshells defends against the Wolf Pack’s own Moonshadow. This one has been brewing for weeks, and honestly, it’s been a little messy getting here.”

KC Rogers (nodding): “Messy’s one way to put it, Sam. Goldie won the title in a triple threat against Wicked Witch and Mrs. Claus — huge night for her. But almost immediately after, the challengers started circling. Lilith, Wicked Witch, Mrs. Claus, and Maid Marion all claimed to be next in line. We got that wild Fatal Four-Way, Lilith came out on top…”

Smooth Samantha: “…and that’s when the controversy hit. Moonshadow was furious that she wasn’t even considered in that number one contender conversation despite her strong record over the last few months. So she demanded a match with Lilith — and she beat her. Just like that, the Wolf Pack’s hunt for gold became official.”

Brick Brody (gruff chuckle): “And meanwhile, your golden girl Goldie Locks was getting mixed results — sure, she beat Wicked Witch and Athena, but she also lost non-title matches to Lilith and Mrs. Claus. I don’t see a dominant champion here. I see somebody who’s been skating by on luck and hair spray.”

KC Rogers (rolling eyes): “Hair spray? Come on, Brick. Goldie’s beaten some of the best, and when the lights are brightest, she delivers. Tonight she’s not just defending a belt — she’s defending her status as the woman in NPCW.”

Smooth Samantha: “Exactly. And I think she’s going to do it. Moonshadow’s dangerous — her power game is unreal, and with the Wolf Pack at ringside you know Goldie will have to keep her head on a swivel — but I’m picking the champ to survive and thrive.”

Brick Brody (smirking): “That’s cute. I’m going the other way — Moonshadow is stronger, meaner, and hungrier. Goldie’s already been hunted down once this month. Tonight, Moonshadow finishes the job and howls with the Queen’s crown.”

KC Rogers: “We’ll see about that, Brick. I’m with Samantha — I’m going with Goldie to keep the gold.”

Smooth Samantha: “Let’s check in on our off-camera crew to see where they stand.”

[ON-SCREEN GRAPHIC: “Broadcast Team Picks – Match 8”]

  • Johnny ‘The Mic’ Michaels: Moonshadow ✅

  • Hana Nakamura: Moonshadow ✅

  • Alton Bell: Moonshadow ✅

  • Celeste Orion: Goldie Locks ✅

[SCORE GRAPHIC APPEARS]
Goldie Locks – 3 picks (KC, Samantha, Celeste)
Moonshadow – 4 picks (Brick, Alton, Johnny, Hana)

KC Rogers (smiling): “So that’s four for Moonshadow, three for Goldie. If you’re keeping score at home…”

Smooth Samantha: “The panel’s leaning toward a Wolf Pack coronation, but KC and I think Goldie’s got just enough tricks in her golden bag to hold onto that title.”

[MATCH 9 – WHEEL OF MISFORTUNES MATCH - SANDMAN VS SINBAD]

Spin the Wheel, Seal the Fate — One Ticket to Glory Awaits!

Brick Brody: “Alright, folks — I’ve been waitin’ for this one! You can keep your pretty-boy title bouts and your high-flyin’ gymnastics, THIS right here is what the business is all about — pain, unpredictability, and a little bit of fate thrown in for good measure. The Wheel of Misfortunes is no joke. Sixteen different ways to hurt somebody, from dog collars to cage matches to good ol’ fashioned street fights. You don’t wrestle in this match — you survive it. And when the dust settles, one man walks away with a golden ticket to a future title shot.”

KC Rogers: “It’s been brewing for months, Brick. Sandman’s been on an incredible winning streak, climbed to the #1 ranking, but somehow… no title shots. That frustration boiled over into a feud with Sinbad, who was also rising through the ranks. Their first meeting at Chill Factor went Sandman’s way — and he earned the right to book the main event of a future Chill Factor episode.”

Smooth Samantha: “Which he did… in true Sandman fashion. He put Sinbad in a Lights Out match against The Huntsman — clearly hoping it would wear him down. But Sinbad pulled out the win, and with it, the right to meet Sandman here at Shadowfall. I think that’s what’s so compelling — Sinbad wasn’t even supposed to get this second chance, and yet, here he is, one spin of the wheel away from shocking the world.”

Brick Brody: “Yeah, yeah, Cinderella story and all that — but this ain’t a fairy tale. I’ve fought guys like Sandman. He’s mean, methodical, and doesn’t care how he wins, just that he leaves his opponent lookin’ up at the lights. Sinbad’s tough, but when that wheel lands on something nasty — like a dog collar or a steel chain match — you can forget all about your ‘momentum.’ My pick? Sandman all day, baby.”

KC Rogers: “I’m with Brick here — I’ve seen how relentless Sandman can be when there’s a prize on the line. He knows this golden ticket is his shortcut to the top. I’m taking Sandman.”

Smooth Samantha: “Okay, so I’m the lone voice here — I’m going with Sinbad. He’s been through the wringer to get to this point, and I think he’s got that underdog fire. Plus, a Wheel of Misfortunes match? It’s chaos — and chaos favors the unexpected.”

(KC laughs and teases Brick): “Alright, Brick, you’re just happy because it’s finally a match without any ‘flippy-do’ moves.”

Brick Brody: “You’re darn right! You can’t moonsault your way out of a strap match, KC.”

[MAIN EVENT – TITLE VS TITLE MATCH - SINISTER KLAUS VS RUDOLPH]

2 of 3 Falls Match

One Will Rule Them All — Light vs Darkness in the Ultimate Holiday Showdown

KC Rogers (taking the lead): "Fans, buckle up, because this… this is the one we’ve been waiting for all summer. The NPCW Universal Championship and the North Pole Championship — both on the line — in a 2-out-of-3 falls war between two men who were once mentor and protégé, hero and hero… until betrayal shattered it all. Sinister Klaus — the man we used to call Santa Claus — against the ‘Guiding Light of NPCW,’ Rudolph! And after what’s happened over the last month… this isn’t just about gold, this is about pride, trust, and the very soul of NPCW."

Brick Brody: "KC, you’re getting all misty-eyed, but I’m gonna be real — this is about Klaus showing the kid he’s still the alpha. You can talk about friendship and betrayal all you want, but at the end of the day, Sinister Klaus has been around the block. He’s meaner, he’s tougher, and now he’s got the Slay Team watching his back. That’s not a Christmas card story — that’s a nightmare, and Klaus is the one writing it."

Smooth Samantha: "But Brick, you can’t ignore how much heart Rudolph has shown. Ever since winning the North Pole Title at Madness, he’s been the fighting champion fans can rally behind. He’s beaten monsters, giants, and everything in between — and now, even after that shocking betrayal at Christmas in July, he’s coming into this match with the kind of fire you only get when you’ve been stabbed in the back by someone you trusted. That can push you past your limits."

KC: "Let’s recap it for the fans — March 30th at Madness, Rudolph wins the Six-Man Tag main event and becomes North Pole Champion. His mentor, Santa Claus, is on the shelf until July. In the meantime, Rudolph takes down the Alpha Monster and keeps that title shining bright. Then Santa returns at Polar Meltdown, teams with Van Helsing, even trades matches with the Alpha Monster. It looked like the dream was back on track… until July 25th. Rudolph survives Jack Frost, then gets blindsided by Frost and Abaddon. Santa comes out like he’s gonna save the day… and instead, he turns on Rudolph. One piledriver on the belt later, and we meet the new, twisted Sinister Klaus."

Brick: "That wasn’t just a heel turn — that was Klaus reclaiming his spot. And since then, he’s been making this place his personal snow globe of doom. Four reindeer corrupted into the Slay Team, shadows creeping in over NPCW… he’s running the show now."

Samantha: "And that’s exactly why this match matters — it’s about more than just unifying the titles. It’s about stopping that darkness before it swallows everything. This is a battle for the future of NPCW."

KC: "Alright — predictions time. I’m going with Rudolph. He’s got the fans behind him, he’s been tested, and I think he wants this more than Klaus does."

Brick: "Sinister Klaus. No hesitation. I’ve seen guys like him — once they break bad, they’re unstoppable. And in a 2-out-of-3 falls match? He’s got more ways to grind Rudolph down than the kid’s ready for."

Samantha: "Rudolph for me. I think the heart and emotion he’s carrying into this will push him to victory."

KC: "Let’s check the rest of the picks from our NPCW broadcast team…"

Rudolph – 5 picks (KC, Samantha, Hana, Johnny, Celeste)
Sinister Klaus – 2 picks (Brick, Alton)

KC (smiling): "Well, it looks like most of the team is pulling for the ‘Guiding Light,’ but Brick — you and Alton Bell are riding with the darkness tonight."

Brick: "That’s fine. I’ll take winning with the minority over losing with the herd any day."

Samantha (grinning): "Or you’ll just take being wrong in style."

KC: "Five for Rudolph, two for Klaus — but remember, the only numbers that matter tonight are the falls. First to two walks out with both championships."

CLOSING

KC Rogers: [Smiling to camera, voice warm but hyped] “Well folks… what a ride tonight has been! We’ve run the gauntlet of rivalries, grudges, and championship stakes, and now all roads lead to Shadowfall, Sunday, August 31st — the night where destinies are decided and history is written in bold, unforgettable ink. We’ve got title clashes, grudges that have boiled over for months, and match stipulations that will push our athletes beyond their limits.”

Brick Brody: [Leaning in, with a half-smirk] “And I’m tellin’ ya right now, KC, this one’s gonna separate the wrestlers from the pretenders. If you’re not ready for blood, sweat, and maybe a little bit of broken steel, don’t tune in — ‘cause Shadowfall ain’t for the faint of heart.”

Smooth Samantha: [Elegant, poised, but with an edge] “And for those who do tune in… you’re going to witness moments you’ll be talking about for years. Champions will rise, legacies will crumble, and no one will leave the same.”

KC Rogers: [Nods, serious but with a smile to close] “That’s August 31st, live from the NPCW Arena — Shadowfall. On behalf of Brick Brody, Smooth Samantha, and our entire NPCW family, I’m KC Rogers saying goodnight… and get ready. Because the shadow is falling.”
