Wrestlefest Episode 004 Labour Day - September 1, 2025

Aired - September 1, 2025

North Pole Arena

Opening Segment

[OPENING SCENE – North Pole Arena]
The camera pans across a raucous Labour Day crowd in the packed North Pole Arena. Festive red, white, and gold banners hang high as fans wave homemade signs — “WELCOME BACK KRIS!”, “TEAM RUDOLPH FOREVER”, “LILITH DESERVES LOVE”, and “MASON SOLD HIS SOUL!”. Pyro bursts, and the Wrestlefest logo shines on the screen as the feed cuts to the announce desk.

[ON CAMERA – KC Rogers & Alton Bell]
KC Rogers is bright and energetic in a crimson jacket; Alton Bell, sharp in a dark suit, sits with a measured confidence, arms crossed, the aura of a retired champion who still carries authority.

KC Rogers:
“Happy Labour Day, everyone, and welcome to a very special holiday edition of Wrestlefest—live from the snowy heart of the North Pole Arena! I’m KC Rogers, and alongside me is former champion and man of iron fists, Alton Bell. Alton, the air feels different tonight. We’re coming off one of the most shocking, most emotional nights in NPCW history—Shadowfall—and the entire wrestling world is still buzzing.”

Alton Bell (gruff, authoritative):
“Buzzing, KC? It’s more like reeling. Shadowfall changed everything. Friendships shattered, titles changed hands, legends re-emerged, and tonight, the aftershocks are going to shake Wrestlefest to its core. Labour Day may be a holiday, but for these wrestlers, there’s no rest. Everyone wants to plant their flag in the new era that was born last night.”

KC (leaning in with excitement):
“Let’s hit the big talking points before we get into tonight’s card—because the headlines alone could fill an entire show. Number one—Kris Kringle is back. The grizzled forerunner to Santa Claus himself returned from exile at Shadowfall, and when the arena went dark… Santa Claus appeared too! The roof nearly blew off this building, Alton! And everyone was asking who really is Sinister Klaus?”

Alton (smirking, analytical):
“You’re not wrong. The sight of Santa Claus standing in the ring with Kringle? That’s mythology, history, and destiny colliding right in front of our eyes. But don’t get it twisted—this isn’t some cozy holiday reunion. Kringle’s made it clear he’s here to fight the darkness rising in NPCW. This war with Sinister Klaus and his brood has just escalated to another level.”

KC (somberly):
“And speaking of darkness—shock number two. Madman Mason turning his back on Negropolis. Last night, in one of the most brutal betrayals we’ve ever seen, Mason unleashed hell on his own partner. The crowd was stunned. People were crying in the front row. Mason was a fan favorite—he was beloved—and now? Now, he’s Rudolph’s challenger tonight.”

Alton (leaning forward, coldly):
“I’ve said it before: Madman Mason was always one step away from self-destruction. He’s unstable, he’s unpredictable, and last night he chose selfish ambition over loyalty. Negropolis may never be the same, but Mason doesn’t care. Tonight, he’s stepping right into the main event against a battered Rudolph, who’s already been through hell with Sinister Klaus. This could be the night Mason cements himself as the most dangerous man in NPCW.”

KC (changing tone, a little gossip-like):
“Shocking moment number three—those photographs. Yes, the ones the whole world has been talking about all day. Robin Hood caught kissing Lilith.

(The crowd boos and cheers simultaneously as the kiss footage briefly flashes onscreen.)

KC:
“Robin Hood—the leader of the Merry Band—and Lilith, the seductive mistress of chaos herself. It’s left fans confused, it’s left the locker room divided, and most importantly—it leaves Robin Hood’s bond with Maid Marian and the Merry Band hanging by a thread.”

Alton (shaking his head):
“Pictures don’t lie, KC. If Robin Hood has aligned himself, even romantically, with Lilith—then the Merry Band is fractured beyond repair. And trust me, Lilith doesn’t kiss for free. She always has a plan. We’ll see some fallout tonight, because Lilith is in that Queen of the North Title Match.

KC (pointing at the camera):
“And finally—shock number four. After months of dominance, Goldie Locks lost the Queen of the North Title. At Shadowfall, Moonshadow dethroned her, breaking the Blonde Bombshells’ golden streak. Fans are still processing it, but Goldie gets her rematch opportunity tonight in a triple threat—against Moonshadow and Lilith. That’s combustible.”

Alton (confident, matter-of-fact):
“Moonshadow has the belt, Goldie Locks wants revenge, and Lilith thrives in chaos. That’s the definition of a must-see match, KC.”

KC (smiling wide as the energy builds):
“Now, let’s run down tonight’s incredible Labour Day Wrestlefest lineup!

Alton (nodding):
“Two big untelevised matches to warm up this crowd—Frankenstein’s Monster versus Hansel, and then the Nutcracker Legion versus Friar Tuck and Little John. Classic holiday warriors colliding.”

KC (holding up a finger):
“And on the broadcast—three blockbuster bouts:

  • Match Three – Queen of the North Triple Threat! New Champion Moonshadow defends against Lilith and Goldie Locks!

  • Match Four – Northern Lights Title on the line! Abaddon defends against Sandman, who’s cashing in his Golden Ticket!

  • And the Main Event – North Pole Champion Rudolph defends against the newly-turned Madman Mason. Will Rudolph overcome the beating he suffered at Shadowfall, or are we looking at a brand new champion in Mason?”

Alton (leaning in, intense):
“Every match tonight has stakes, every story has fire—and when the dust settles, NPCW will look very different. Get ready, because Wrestlefest starts now.”

[Cue pyro and crowd roar as the first match graphic flashes onscreen.]

MATCH 1

Untelevised Dark Match

Frankenstein’s Monster (w/ Dr. Frankenstein) Vs Hansel
Recap: KC Rogers

KC Rogers (recap voice):
“Before we went live here at Wrestlefest, the North Pole Arena crowd was treated to a wild opening dark match—Frankenstein’s Monster versus Hansel. And let me tell you, this was a clash of raw size against scrappy resilience. Hansel came in fast and sharp, darting around the ring and managing to outmaneuver the Monster in the early going with quick shots like a flying forearm and even a crushing suplex. For a moment, it looked like the legendary hunter was going to chop the big man down piece by piece.”

“But Frankenstein’s Monster isn’t built like anyone else, and when he starts landing those power moves—like the Graveyard Slam and his devastating Stitched Slam—the tide changes fast. Hansel did his best to hang on, even managing to absorb some of that punishment and fight back with a spine crusher, but it wasn’t enough. And of course, when you’ve got Dr. Frankenstein lurking at ringside, you always have to watch your back. Sure enough, the Doctor got involved with a steel chair at just the right time, leaving Hansel in no position to recover. One final assist from the creator, and the Monster scored the pinfall victory.”

“It was a tough break for Hansel, who gave the crowd plenty to cheer for, but tonight belonged to the Monster and his sinister master. And judging by that performance, Alton, it looks like Frankenstein’s Monster is only getting stronger with every outing.”

MATCH 2

Untelevised Dark Match

Nutcrackers Legion (Nutcracker 1 & 2) vs. Merry Band (Friar Tuck and Little John)
Recap: Alton Bell

Alton Bell (recap voice):
“The second dark match of the evening saw the Nutcracker Legion square off against the Merry Band’s Friar Tuck and Little John, and it was everything you’d expect from two teams that fight with heart—but in very different ways. The Merry Band came out swinging, using quick tags and classic teamwork to try and keep the Nutcrackers off balance. Friar Tuck’s rolling scissors and Little John’s raw power gave the Legion some real problems in the middle stages, and for a moment, it looked like the underdogs might steal one.”

“But the Nutcracker Legion aren’t just any duo—they’re precision engineered for battle. Every time the Merry Band built momentum, the Nutcrackers cut it off with cold efficiency and perfectly timed double-teams. Moves like their Attenhut suplex and March to Victory strut wore down Tuck and John piece by piece. And in the end, it was Nutcracker #1 planting Friar Tuck with a thunderous running powerslam, holding him down long enough for the three-count. No tricks, no controversy—just dominant, militaristic tag team wrestling.”

“If you ask me, this win is a statement. The Merry Band are tough, but they’re brawlers. The Nutcracker Legion are disciplined. And in NPCW, discipline usually wins.”

MATCH 3

Moonshadow (C) vs. Lilith vs. Goldie Locks
Triple Threat match for the Queen of the North Title!
Commentary: KC Rogers & Alton Bell

KC Rogers:
“Here we go, folks—the Queen of the North Championship on the line in our first televised contest of Wrestlefest! New champion Moonshadow makes her very first defense, and what a test—former champion Goldie Locks looking to win her crown back, and the ever-dangerous Lilith, who thrives on chaos. This one could go in any direction, Alton.”

Alton Bell:
“I’ll tell you exactly which direction it’s going—toward Moonshadow or Lilith. KC, let’s be honest, Goldie Locks had her run. She was the shiny golden doll the fans adored, but she lost fair and square at Shadowfall. And tonight, she’s outclassed. Moonshadow is the new era, and Lilith? She’s cunning enough to win this anytime she wants.”

 KC:
“And already, Moonshadow and Lilith going at it—look at the speed! Lilith with that Dark Whirlwind tilt-a-whirl headscissors, planting the champion hard, but Moonshadow right back up, throwing Lilith to the ropes!”

Alton:
“Lilith’s agility is unmatched—she just flowed through that headscissors like water. But watch Moonshadow—every time she gets touched, she gets meaner. That’s a dangerous champion.”

KC:
“And here comes Goldie Locks into the fray, looking to make a statement—”

Alton (cutting in):
“Looking desperate, you mean. Lilith just crushed her with the Infernal Embrace! Goldie’s getting tied up like a ragdoll.”

KC:
“Big reversal! Moonshadow catches Goldie’s handspring elbow and transitions right into the Lycan Lock! Dragon sleeper applied—Goldie’s in trouble here!”

Alton:
“Exactly as I said. Moonshadow’s a predator, KC. She lures you in, then sinks her claws in. Goldie Locks better hope her lungs hold out.”

KC:
“But Goldie finds a counter later—gutwrench suplex on Moonshadow! And now Lilith with a Dread Kick superkick! Oh my—Moonshadow’s rocked, but she fires back with a flying knee!”

Alton:
“That’s what I’m talking about! Moonshadow and Lilith trading bombs like two apex predators, and Goldie? She’s just lucky to still be standing.”

 KC:
“Unbelievable double-team here—Goldie and Moonshadow working together for a moment of survival—handspring elbow into the Full Moon Superplex! Lilith flattened in the center of the ring!”

Alton (grinning):
“Smart strategy from the champ, use Goldie while she can, then throw her away.”

KC:
“But look—Goldie tries to strap in that surfboard, Moonshadow backing off—Lilith catches her, counters—Vertical Suplex! Hooks the leg—Honest Abe in position!”

Crowd:
ONE… TWO… THREE!!!

KC:
“Lilith did it! Lilith with the pin on Goldie Locks! We have a brand new Queen of the North!”

Alton (smugly):
“Exactly as I told you, KC. Goldie Locks was the weak link, and Lilith exploited it. She’s cunning, she’s ruthless, and now she’s got the crown. The era of shadows begins!”

KC (serious):
“Moonshadow’s reign ends on her very first defense, Goldie Locks fails to reclaim the title, and it’s Lilith who leaves Wrestlefest as Queen of the North. What does this mean for the Merry Band, for Maid Marian, for Robin Hood after those scandalous pictures? Everything just got more complicated.”

Alton (leaning in):
“Complicated for everyone else, KC. For Lilith? It’s exactly how she planned it.”

[Lilith holds the Queen of the North belt high as the arena fills with mixed boos and cheers.]

MATCH 4

Abaddon (C) Vs Sandman

Northern Lights Title Match
Commentary: KC Rogers & Alton Bell

KC Rogers: “It’s time for the Northern Lights Championship to be defended! The monstrous Abaddon, with Lilith lurking in his corner, against a man who has built a reputation on endurance and toughness — Sandman!”
Alton Bell: “I’ll give Sandman credit, he’s as durable as they come, but let’s not kid ourselves, KC — Abaddon is a nightmare in human form. Nobody walks away from Hell’s Fury unscathed.”

KC: “Abaddon tried to throw Sandman with that Hellfire Plex early, but Sandman turned it inside out — straight into a backbreaker!”
Alton: “That’s the thing with Sandman, he can absorb ungodly amounts of punishment. But look at Abaddon firing back — the Netherstrike kneelift right under the chin!”
KC: “These two are trading bombs in the opening minutes, and neither is giving an inch.”

KC: “Lilith just slid something toward Abaddon!”
Alton: “That’s called strategy, KC. She’s making sure her champion stays ahead—”
KC: “Sandman saw it coming, cut him off with a clothesline! And again with that bulldog in the corner! He’s got the champion reeling!”
Alton: “Yeah, but Abaddon’s still vertical. You can’t keep the Hellspawn down that easily.”

KC: “Backbreaker after backbreaker from Sandman, he’s wearing the champion’s spine out!”
Alton: “Sandman even countered Lilith’s mist! I don’t know how he saw that coming, but he did — and nailed Abaddon with a spin heel kick. This man’s fighting smarter than I expected!”
KC: “Sandman’s piling up near-falls, forcing Abaddon to burn energy on every kick-out.”
Alton: “And yet Abaddon still keeps coming back — Hell’s Fury connects, nearly ended it!”

KC: “Abaddon hit the triple powerbomb but Sandman kicked out before two! Incredible resilience!”
Alton: “Sandman should be broken in half right now! But he’s somehow still throwing those fists and even reversed the vertical suplex. That’s why he’s a challenger tonight, KC.”

KC: “Look at this exchange — Abaddon’s suplex, Sandman’s clothesline — both men collapsing after those shots!”
Alton: “This is the war I was expecting. Champion and challenger putting everything on the line for that Northern Lights Title.”

KC: “Another Hell’s Fury attempt — no, Sandman reversed it! Cradle suplex! He’s got the legs hooked!”
Crowd: ONE! TWO! THREE!
KC: “Sandman did it! Sandman has pinned Abaddon! We have a NEW Northern Lights Champion!”
Alton: “Unbelievable! I thought nobody could withstand Abaddon’s wrath, but Sandman weathered everything — even Lilith’s interference — and walked out with the gold. You can’t deny it, KC, Sandman just proved he belongs on top of the mountain.”

KC: “Sandman outlasted the monster and survived every trick in the book. Tonight, he climbs to the peak of the Northern Lights Division!”
Alton: “Abaddon will want his rematch, KC. And when that day comes, Sandman better hope he’s ready, because there’s nothing more dangerous than a champion who’s been wounded.”

MAIN EVENT

Rudolph (C) vs. Jack Mason

North Pole Title Match
Commentary: KC Rogers & Alton Bell

KC Rogers: “Here we go — the North Pole Championship on the line. And I can’t help but ask again, Alton, how on earth did Jack Mason, a man who turned on his tag partner Negropolis just last night, suddenly end up in this title match?”
Alton Bell: “KC, when you make a statement like Mason did at Shadowfall, management has no choice but to pay attention. This isn’t the old Madman Mason anymore — this is Mean Jack Mason, and he’s as dangerous as they come.”
KC: “Dangerous, sure, but also underhanded and unstable. And meanwhile, Rudolph is coming in battered, bruised, and stitched together after last night’s absolute war with Sinister Klaus. I don’t know if this is fair to the champion at all.”

KC: “Rudolph fires first with a Reindeer Kick — a vicious mule kick straight into the ribs of Mason!”
Alton: “Cheap shot! Ref, that was borderline low! But Mason’s still standing — he can take it.”
KC: “That was perfectly legal, Alton. Rudolph has to dig deep and end this quick before his injuries catch up.”

KC: “Rudolph off the ropes — cross body block connects!”
Alton: “But Mason returns fire immediately — Final Diagnosis! That pointed elbow right into the sternum! Now that’s impact!”
KC: “Both men are down in just the opening moments — this is turning into a slugfest.”

KC: “Headbutt from Rudolph! He’s using everything he’s got left—oh wait, what’s Polly doing?!”
Alton: “Ha! She just smacked Rudolph with that purse, and it sounded like it was loaded! Brilliant teamwork!”
KC: “That is blatant interference! Honest Abe completely missed it, and Mason takes full advantage! This is outrageous!”
Alton: “It’s called using your resources, KC. Rudolph should’ve brought friends to ringside if he wanted backup.”

KC: “Cross body again from Rudolph, he’s fighting with heart—but Polly just slipped something to Mason!”
Alton: “Oh-ho, I like the looks of this…”
KC: “That’s a rag, some kind of cloth—wait, no! Mason just slapped on a sleeperhold with that cloth pressed to Rudolph’s face!”
Alton: “Ingenious! Using every weapon at his disposal!”
KC: “That’s not ingenious, that’s criminal! Rudolph is fading fast — the referee doesn’t see the cloth — this is disgusting!”

KC: “Rudolph is out! He’s out cold! He’s tapping — and Honest Abe calls it! I don’t believe it. Mean Jack Mason has just stolen the North Pole Championship!”
Alton: “No, no, no, KC — he earned it. Rudolph knew what he was getting into, and Mason outsmarted him. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the era of Mean Jack Mason as North Pole Champion!”
KC: “This is a travesty. Mason turned his back on his partner, used his sister as a weapon, and smothered the champion with a foreign object. How can anyone celebrate this?”
Alton: “Easy, KC — you celebrate because the gold is finally around the waist of a man who isn’t afraid to get mean. Rudolph’s reign ends not with a bang, but with a choke.”

KC: “Rudolph is being tended to, still barely conscious after that disgusting attack. Mean Jack Mason, with Polly Mason raising his arm, stands tall — but under the darkest of clouds. Fans, we’ll have to see what fallout comes from this shocking title change. Wrestlefest goes off the air with the unthinkable — a new North Pole Champion in Mean Jack Mason.”
Alton: “And you better get used to it, KC. Because Mason’s era is only just beginning.”

CLOSING

Rudolph is slumped on the canvas, his chest rising and falling shallowly as two NPCW trainers slide in to check on him. “Honest” Abe is still protesting to ringside officials, swearing he never saw the cloth. KC Rogers’ voice cuts through the noise.

KC Rogers: “This is heartbreaking — the champion who gave everything last night against Sinister Klaus, now left broken and robbed by Jack Mason. Look at this, Alton — Rudolph can barely stand.”
Alton Bell: “He’s not standing, KC. He’s being carried. That’s the difference between a warrior and a has-been. And tonight, Mean Jack Mason proved he’s the future.”

Jack Mason, smirking ear to ear, has the North Pole Championship slung over his shoulder. Polly Mason clutches her heavy purse, waving mockingly at the booing crowd. Together, they strut up the ramp, basking in the hatred.

KC: “I can’t even stomach this sight. Jack Mason parading as if he earned this. He turned his back on his partner, he cheated Rudolph, and he did it all with Polly’s constant interference.”
Alton: “Call it whatever you want, KC, but look at the results. Mason is champion, Rudolph is broken, and Negropolis is—”

From the side of the entrance curtain, a hulking shadow bursts through — Negropolis! His eyes are burning with fury.

KC: “OH MY GOODNESS! IT’S NEGROPOLIS! NEGROPOLIS IS HERE!”
Alton: “No, no, this is uncalled for! Mason just wrestled a match!”

Negropolis charges and spears Mason to the steel stage with a thunderous impact! The title belt clatters away as Polly shrieks in horror. Negropolis rains down wild, heavy punches, months of partnership and betrayal pouring out in every strike.

KC: “Negropolis has snapped! He’s unleashing pure vengeance on his former partner!”
Alton: “Somebody stop this! He’s ruining Mason’s moment!”

Officials and referees rush up the ramp, trying desperately to separate the two. Polly grabs the belt and pulls Jack away, screaming at Negropolis as the crowd explodes with cheers.

KC: “Rudolph is being helped out of the ring, but on the ramp it’s pure chaos — Negropolis has drawn first blood in what’s sure to be an all-out war with Mean Jack Mason!”
Alton: “This is disgraceful! Mason just became champion, and already jealous Negropolis is trying to steal the spotlight!”

Jack Mason, dazed but clutching the North Pole Title to his chest, is dragged up the ramp by Polly, glaring back at Negropolis, who stands snarling as security restrains him. The crowd chants wildly.

KC (voiceover): “Fans, the fallout from Wrestlefest will shake NPCW to its core. A new champion crowned in controversy, and a reckoning already waiting for him. For Alton Bell, I’m KC Rogers — goodnight from the North Pole Arena!”
