THE ALPHA AGENDA — EPISODE 004: "Alliance Cracked"
As tempers boil and loyalties fracture, the once-united Alpha Alliance collapses beneath the weight of pride and power.
In the ruins of Scrooge’s mansion, new pacts are forged while others plot revenge.
And in the shadows, the name of Dracula stirs once more — heralding the rise of the Alpha of Alphas.
Scene: Scrooge’s Mansion – The Alpha Chamber
The storm outside howls like a wounded god.
Lightning flashes through the frost-bitten windows of Ebenezer Scrooge’s Mansion, illuminating a long chamber of marble and malice.
At its center sits an obsidian conference table, etched with runes of conquest and greed, glimmering in the candlelight.
At one end sits Ebenezer Scrooge, the Alpha Billionaire—cold, composed, and utterly in control.
At the opposite head of the table, regal and unmoving, is Count Vlad Dragomir, the Head of the Dark Dominion—an immortal noble who leads one of the Five Progeny Houses of Dracula, thus a descendant of Count Dracula.
He is not a creature of the grave, but he carries himself like one who has dined with death and learned its etiquette. His words are velvet and venom in equal measure.
To Scrooge’s right: Dr. Frankenstein, crisp and analytical.
Beside him: Yeti, a mountain of muscle and fur, radiating restrained fury.
Then The Wicked Witch, her cauldron-cup steaming, green mist curling like smoke from secrets unspoken.
Opposite them: Krampus, the Alpha Demon, horns gleaming red in the flicker of flame; and Big Bad Wolf, lounging with predatory arrogance, a toothy smirk betraying his disdain for civility.
In the shadows, standing apart—Frankenstein’s Monster (ever the silent sentinel), Lord Velkan Thorne (calm as midnight), and Grinch Heyman (manager, manipulator, mischief-maker).
Act I – The Fractures Form
Scrooge (rapping his cane):
“Gentlecreatures, the purpose of this gathering was to preserve power, not pulverize it. Our enemies grow stronger while we bicker like bankrupt barons.”
Krampus (leaning forward, eyes glowing):
“Tell that to your partner in shadows!” He gestures toward Vlad. “While my Legion bleeds, the Dominion feasts on opportunity!”
Yeti (growling):
“You and your demons betrayed the Dominion with your double cross! You call it strategy—I call it cowardice.”
Krampus (snarling):
“You mistake purification for betrayal, beast. You’ve gone soft, lost to his influence.”
Vlad (calmly, every word deliberate):
“Influence, yes. Control, no. I command respect through order, not chains. You, demon, command only chaos—and call it freedom.”
Big Bad Wolf (grinning):
“Order? You’ve turned half the HCW roster into pawns in your Dominion’s chess game. Krampus just burns the board, you bleed it dry.”
Wicked Witch (mocking):
“Oh please. All of you gnash and roar, yet none of you wield the craft to change anything. My apprentice, Grizelda, grows stronger under the Count’s teachings. You could all use a little Dominion discipline.”
Dr. Frankenstein (slamming his metal hand):
“And my Monster’s Bash deserve recognition! They are creations of genius, yet dismissed as curiosities!”
Scrooge (stern):
“You all forget—the Alpha Alliance exists to crush the Heroes of Hope. Not to audition for who has the largest shadow.”
Vlad (measured, dangerous):
“Perhaps, Ebenezer, the problem is not ambition but alignment. The Alpha Alliance was always a temporary coalition. The Dominion remains committed to our partnership—but the rest?” He glances toward Krampus. “They were never meant for longevity.”
Krampus (snarling):
“Longevity? I am eternal flame, Count. Your Dominion hides behind bloodlines and titles—I rule through fear.”
Vlad (smiling faintly):
“And yet, even fear can be extinguished.”
Act II – The Breaking Point
Yeti (slamming the table):
“Enough words! Let strength decide!”
The entire table trembles under the impact. Krampus rises, horns scraping the chandelier.
Krampus:
“Gladly, beast. I’ll carve your name into the ice!”
Scrooge (barking):
“Sit! Both of you! This is a mansion, not a battlefield!”
They ignore him.
Frankenstein’s Monster steps forward protectively, blocking Krampus’s glare.
Krampus (snarling):
“Move, construct, before I reduce you to parts!”
Dr. Frankenstein (furious):
“Touch him, and I’ll dissect you piece by piece for study!”
Vlad (dryly, to Scrooge):
“Perhaps next time you should install a wrestling ring. It would save the furniture.”
Scrooge (sighing):
“Don’t tempt me.”
Yeti flips the table, shattering it into obsidian shards. Candles die, smoke fills the air. The sound echoes like a thunderclap through the mansion’s halls.
Act III – The Shattered Pact
Krampus (through the smoke):
“The Demonic Legion bows to no one! I’ll build my own army—stronger, darker, unbound!”
Big Bad Wolf (stretching, yawning):
“Fine by me. The Wolf Pack runs alone anyway. I hunt solo.”
Wicked Witch (scoffing):
“Idiots. Vlad was right—children playing at darkness. The Dominion values strength, not tantrums.”
Yeti (snarling at Krampus):
“Next time we meet, I’ll freeze your heart where you stand.”
Krampus (grinning):
“If you can find it first.”
The Wolf saunters toward the exit, laughing low. Dr. Frankenstein hauls his monster out into the night.
Krampus pauses, his eyes burning holes through the smoke.
Krampus:
“This alliance dies here, Scrooge. Your gold can’t buy loyalty. When the Alpha Demon rises, I will burn your empires to cinders.”
He storms out, Heyman trailing behind, smiling like he’s already sold the ashes.
Lord Velkan Thorne exits quietly after Heyman.
Wicked Witch and Yeti remain behind with Vlad and Scrooge.
Act IV – The Pact Endures
Silence.
Only Scrooge, Vlad, Wicked Witch and Yeti remain amid the wreckage.
Scrooge (straightening his scarf):
“Well… that went about as well as a snowstorm in July.”
Vlad (calm, collected):
“As expected. Let the pretenders scatter. They’ll devour each other before winter’s end.”
Scrooge:
“And us?”
Vlad (turning his gaze to him):
“You and I still share purpose, Ebenezer. Dominion and commerce—power and control. Together, we hold the strings. The others? Merely puppets without a stage.”
Scrooge (grinning):
“Then let it be known—the Alliance may have cracked, but our partnership still bleeds profit.”
Vlad (smirking):
“Then we are agreed. The Alpha Alliance ends… and the Dark Dominion, Witch's Coven and the Billionaire’s Empire endure.”
The wind outside screams like an omen.
Epilogue – “The Alpha of Alphas”
Outside the mansion gates, the blizzard swirls in eerie silence. Lord Velkan Thorne stands near the frozen fountain, his crimson eyes gleaming faintly in the moonlight. The storm bends around him as though afraid to touch his cloak. Footsteps crunch over the snow — Grinch Heyman approaches, his scarf whipping in the wind.
Thorne (calmly):
“Well done, Mr. Heyman. The dissolution of the Alliance was… elegantly executed. You’ve proven yourself a master of quiet destruction.”
Heyman (grinning slyly):
“I aim to please, Lord Thorne. Just gave a few egos the right push and—boom—instant implosion. Monsters are predictable that way.”
Thorne (nodding slowly):
“Yes. And now that the false Alphas scatter to their own corners, the path clears for something far greater. The Alliance matters not. For when the Alpha of Alphas rises from his slumber… all shall kneel before the power of Count Dracula.”
Heyman’s grin fades slightly, replaced by something close to awe—or perhaps calculation.
Heyman (quietly):
“Then the stage is set, my lord. Krampus will move soon. I’ll be there to guide him.”
Thorne (with a thin smile):
“See that you do. The Eternal One’s eyes are already upon you.”
Heyman nods once, pulling his coat tighter. Without another word, he turns and heads off into the storm, the faint glow of infernal fire flickering on the horizon — the direction of Krampus’s domain.
Thorne (to himself):
“And thus, the curtain rises on the true Alpha’s return.”
The wind howls like a dying choir as the scene fades to black.
FADE OUT.
