KBL Wrestling Organization Announces Strategic Divestiture from North Pole Championship Wrestling (NPCW)
NPCW Introduces New Ownership Structure and Appoints Kristine Kringle as President & CEO
North Pole / London / Toronto — January 1, 2026
The KBL Wrestling Organization (KWO) and North Pole Championship Wrestling (NPCW) today jointly announced the completion of KWO’s strategic divestiture from NPCW, marking the beginning of a new era for one of professional wrestling’s most distinctive and globally recognized brands.
After several years of stewardship, the KWO has formally concluded its ownership position in NPCW as part of a broader organizational realignment. The divestiture was finalized effective January 1, 2026, following approval by the KWO Board of Directors.
“KWO’s mission has always been to foster sustainable growth, competitive integrity, and long-term stability across the wrestling industry,” said Chairman Alexander, Chairman of the KBL Wrestling Organization.
“NPCW is now positioned with a leadership group capable of honoring its identity while guiding it confidently into its next chapter. This transition reflects careful planning, not departure from belief.”
New Ownership Structure
With the conclusion of the divestiture, NPCW will now operate under an independent ownership consortium designed to balance creative vision, financial strength, and long-term operational stability.
The finalized ownership structure of NPCW Holdings Group is as follows:
Circle Sports Entertainment (via Circle Enterprises) – 30%
Represented by Ardan VantrellValor International Holdings – 30%
Represented by Aurelius ValorScrooge Wrestling Inc. – 15%
Represented by Ebeneezer ScroogeBernard’s Glorious Ideas – 15%
Represented by BernardKringle Holdings – 10%
Represented by Kris Kringle
This structure replaces KWO ownership in full and establishes NPCW as a fully independent entity with diversified representation.
Leadership Appointment
As part of the transition, the NPCW Board of Governors has appointed Kristine Kringle as President and Chief Executive Officer of North Pole Championship Wrestling, effective immediately.
Ms. Kringle has served NPCW in multiple executive capacities over the past several years, most recently as General Manager of the Women’s Division. Her appointment follows an extensive internal review and reflects broad confidence in her operational leadership, institutional knowledge, and strategic vision.
“Kristine Kringle represents continuity, competence, and clarity,” Chairman Alexander added.
“She understands both the business of wrestling and the responsibility that comes with stewarding a global brand. The KWO fully supports this appointment.”
In her new role, Ms. Kringle will oversee all facets of NPCW operations, including talent relations, creative development, live events, broadcast partnerships, and corporate strategy.
“NPCW has always stood for something more than competition,” said Kringle.
“As President and CEO, my focus is simple: protect the integrity of the product, respect the audience, and ensure this company thrives—creatively and commercially—for years to come.”
Looking Forward
The KWO will remain an independent governing organization overseeing international cooperation and standards across multiple federations but will no longer hold an equity position in NPCW.
Both organizations emphasized that the transition was conducted collaboratively and without disruption to ongoing programming, talent contracts, or scheduled events.
NPCW programming, including Polar Power, Northern Belles, and all live events, will continue as scheduled.
