Dark Fable Episode 008

Aired - March 13, 2026

SHOW OPENING

(Black screen. The sound of a heavy book opening. A candle ignites. Ink creeps across parchment like it’s alive.)
(A choir hums low. A single bell tolls.)

Voice-over (smooth, ominous):
“Once upon a time… they told you monsters weren’t real.”
(beat)
“Here… they win matches.”

(The words burn into the screen like a cursed fairytale title card.)
NPCW: DARK FABLE

Voice-over:
“This is the MYTHIC Division.”
“Welcome… to DARK FABLE.”

SIGNATURE MONTAGE

1) Universal Tag Champions — Hans Trapp & Knecht Ruprecht

(Torchlight. Two silhouettes. Titles glint like weapons.)
Hans Trapp and Knecht Ruprecht stalk to the ring—then a violent cut: a ruthless, synchronized finish. One holds the opponent in place; the other strikes like judgment. They raise the belts slowly, not celebrating—claiming.

2) Sandman

(An hourglass spills sand upward.)
Sandman snaps into motion—cold precision. A sudden, nightmare-fast impact drops his opponent. He stands still as the camera jitters, like reality itself is afraid to focus on him.

3) Frankenstein’s Monster

(Lightning flash. Thunder hit.)
Frankenstein’s Monster absorbs shots that should end anyone—then surges forward and crushes a foe with a catastrophic slam. The ring shakes. The crowd reacts like they’ve seen a myth step off the page.

4) Robin Hood

(A streak like an arrow across the screen transitions the shot.)
Robin Hood slips a strike by inches and counters with surgical speed—clean, heroic, efficient. He points straight into the hard cam, as if calling his next target.

5) Hansel

(Breadcrumbs scatter across the canvas—then dissolve into smoke.)
Hansel fights like someone who learned survival the hard way—quick hands, sharper instincts. A sudden finishing burst flips the match in a heartbeat.

6) Snow White

(Soft light… then a hard snap to impact.)
Snow White shows heart and grit—turning a moment of danger into a clean counter and decisive strike. The fairy tale isn’t fragile here. It fights.

7) Lady Frost, Snow Queen

(Sound drops out. Breath fogs the air.)
Lady Frost moves with chilling control—elegant, merciless. A slick takedown into a finishing hold—she tightens it slowly, eyes calm as winter.

8) Gretel

(A childlike melody warps into something darker.)
Gretel explodes with intensity—fast, determined, ruthless when it counts. She drives through a final sequence like she’s escaping a trap.

(Choir rises. War drums join. The arena looks like a cathedral of combat under dark lighting.)

Voice-over:
“This isn’t the North.”
“This isn’t the light.”
“In DARK FABLE… the story doesn’t end happily.”
(beat)
“It ends… with a winner.”

“This… is DARK FABLE.”

CROWD SHOT AND WELCOMING

The bell toll from the opening still echoes faintly through Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum.

The camera sweeps across the arena.

Torchlight burns along the stone walls. Crimson banners hang heavy from the rafters. The crowd is already standing — not festive, but charged.

Five clusters of supporters ripple through the building.

A pocket of disciplined voices rises first.

“RYU-JIN!
RYU-JIN!
RYU-JIN!”

Elsewhere, a louder roar surges — sailors’ scarves waving overhead.

“SIN-BAD!
SIN-BAD!”

Then something deeper.

The lights flash once as the camera catches a massive banner depicting a stitched silhouette.

“MON-STER!
MON-STER!”

Another section erupts with raw energy.

“JACK!
JACK!
JACK!”

And finally a bright chant rings out across the arena.

“SNOW!
WHITE!
SNOW!
WHITE!”

The camera settles at the broadcast desk.

Julian Ward:
“Good evening. We are live from Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum, and if last week proved anything… it is that victory in Dark Fable does not end conflict.”

A replay package begins to roll across the screen behind them.

Sinbad planting Dragon King with the Hammerlock DDT.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad stunned the Mythic Division by defeating Dragon King in a twenty-two minute battle of endurance — and afterward he declared something even more dangerous.”

The screen shows Sinbad staring down the ramp at Frankenstein’s Monster and the rest of Monster’s Bash.

Julian Ward:
“He declared he is coming for the Mythic Crown.”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah he did. And then the monsters came marching down the ramp like a funeral parade.”

A shot flashes of security holding Frankenstein’s Monster, Kong, and Ogre back.

Brick Brody:
“Sinbad asked for a fight with the biggest nightmare in this division. Tonight he’s still breathing… so I guess the request stands.”

Another replay rolls.

Takuma Ryujin blasting Black Knight with the Kamigoye.

Julian Ward:
“Takuma Ryujin defended the Eternal Flame Championship in a war of endurance — surviving the relentless challenge of Black Knight.”

The replay abruptly changes.

Raigen and the Blood Oni Syndicate assaulting Takuma.

Julian Ward:
“But the champion’s victory did not end the night. The Blood Oni Syndicate made their intentions clear — the Eternal Flame is now hunted.”

Brick Brody:
“They didn’t just jump him, Julian. They sent a message. That title isn’t safe anymore.”

The screen cuts again.

Snow White nearly pinning Lilith.

Julian Ward:
“Snow White pushed the Queen of the North Champion to the very limit of the fifteen-minute television time restriction.”

The replay shows Lilith escaping just before time expires.

Julian Ward:
“The clock expired… and Lilith walked away still champion.”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah but Snow White didn’t look like someone who got beat. She looked like someone who learned how close she is.”

Julian folds his hands calmly.

Julian Ward:
“And tonight… the consequences continue.”

A graphic appears.

MATCH 1

SINBAD
VS
KONG

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad’s path toward the Mythic Crown grows even more dangerous tonight when he faces Kong — a member of Monster’s Bash and one of the most destructive forces aligned with the champion.”

Brick Brody:
“That’s Frankenstein sending a bodyguard, Julian.”

Next graphic.

MATCH 2

MORDRED
VS
LION

Julian Ward:
“Mordred of the Broken Crown steps into singles competition tonight against Lion — a man who represents the strength and resolve of Camelot.”

Brick Brody:
“Mordred doesn’t fight for sport. When he steps in the ring it’s because somebody’s about to get taught a lesson.”

Next graphic.

MATCH 3

QUEENS OF PUNISHMENT
(Crimson Viper & Dark Duchess)
VS
LARK OF SHERWOOD & MAID MARION

Julian Ward:
“The Queens of Punishment collide with Sherwood’s defenders — Lark and Maid Marion — in what promises to be a dangerous clash of factions.”

Brick Brody:
“That ring’s not big enough for that much attitude.”

Next graphic.

MATCH 4

MYTHIC CROWN CHAMPION
FRANKENSTEIN’S MONSTER
VS
TIN MAN
(NON-TITLE)

The crowd reacts loudly.

Julian Ward:
“The Mythic Crown Champion will step into the ring tonight in a non-title match against Tin Man.”

Brick Brody:
“And if Tin Man somehow beats him? That crown suddenly looks a whole lot closer.”

Next graphic.

MATCH 5

MORGANA LE FAYE
VS
GRETEL

Julian Ward:
“Morgana Le Faye competes tonight against Gretel — one of the hunters who has declared war on the monsters of Dark Fable.”

Brick Brody:
“Witch versus hunter. That’s gonna get ugly.”

The final graphic appears.

Flames burn across the screen.

MAIN EVENT

ETERNAL FLAME CHAMPIONSHIP

TAKUMA RYUJIN (Champion)
VS
SIR AGRAVAINE

The crowd roars.

Julian Ward:
“In tonight’s Main Event, the Eternal Flame Championship will once again be defended when Takuma Ryujin faces Sir Agravaine of the Broken Crown.”

Brick Brody:
“Agravaine just dismantled Lancelot last week. Now he’s walking into a title match.”

Julian Ward:
“Takuma Ryujin survived hunters and challengers alike to keep the Eternal Flame burning.”

A beat.

Julian Ward:
“Tonight he faces perhaps his most dangerous trial yet.”

Brick Brody:
“Agravaine doesn’t want the flame, Julian.”

He leans forward slightly.

Brick Brody:
“He wants to prove Camelot can’t protect it.”

Julian looks toward the ring as the torchlight brightens.

Julian Ward:
“In Dark Fable… every victory invites a greater trial.”

A single bell toll echoes.

Julian Ward:
“And tonight… the trials begin.”

The camera pans to the ring where Louie Linville steps inside.

Torchlight intensifies.

Segment transitions to Match 1.

MATCH 1

Entrances & Introductions

The lights inside Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum dim to a deep ember glow.

A low rumble rolls through the arena — something between thunder and a ship’s hull groaning against the sea.

Sinbad appears first.

No spectacle. No theatrics.

He steps through the smoke with the same quiet certainty he carried last week — the certainty of a man who has already declared his destination.

The crowd reacts immediately.

“SIN-BAD!
SIN-BAD!”

He walks straight down the aisle, eyes locked on the ring, jaw set.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad made his intention clear last week. He is not content with victory. He is pursuing the Mythic Crown itself.”

Brick Brody:
“That’s a dangerous thing to say when Frankenstein’s Monster is the guy wearing it.”

Sinbad steps into the ring and stands in the center, breathing slow and controlled.

The lights shift.

A deep jungle drum begins to echo through the Coliseum.

The stage erupts in a violent crimson glow as Kong emerges.

Massive. Towering. Every step shaking the ramp beneath him.

Behind him walks Dr. Frankenstein — hands clasped calmly behind his back, eyes studying the ring like a scientist watching an experiment.

Julian Ward:
“Kong represents the brute strength of Monster’s Bash. A creature built for devastation.”

Brick Brody:
“And Frankenstein didn’t bring him here to wrestle, Julian. He brought him here to stop Sinbad.”

Kong climbs onto the apron and steps over the ropes, never breaking eye contact with Sinbad.

At ringside, Dr. Frankenstein smiles faintly.

Louie Linville stands centered in the ring.

Louie Linville:
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall… with no time limit.”

He turns.

“Introducing first… Sinbad!”

A measured pivot.

“And his opponent… accompanied by Dr. Frankenstein… representing Monster’s Bash… Kong!”

Linville steps back.

Referee “Honest” Abe signals for the bell.

The bell rings.

Minute 1

Sinbad fires first, stepping in and snapping Kong forward with a Short Arm Lariat that rocks the giant backward.

Kong answers instantly — grabbing Sinbad around the waist and launching him across the ring with the Jungle Swing — a brutal swinging side slam.

Julian Ward:
“Immediate collision. Sinbad strikes first, but Kong answers with overwhelming power.”

Brick Brody:
“That slam sounded like a tree snapping.”

Minute 2

Sinbad pivots behind Kong and spikes him with an Inverted Facelock Backbreaker, driving the big man down across his knee.

As Sinbad moves toward the ropes to follow up — Dr. Frankenstein suddenly sweeps his leg, sending Sinbad crashing to the mat.

Julian Ward:
“Frankenstein interfering!”

Brick Brody:
“He’s not even hiding it. He’s just helping his monster win.”

Minute 3

Sinbad recovers quickly and explodes forward with a Running Head Kick, catching Kong flush across the jaw.

The giant staggers backward.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad targeting the head again — the same strategy he used against Dragon King.”

Brick Brody:
“Smart move. You can’t outlift Kong. You’ve gotta scramble his brain.”

Minute 4

Kong attempts to drop Sinbad across his knee with a Kneebuster, but Sinbad twists free and lands on his feet.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad slipping the impact. He’s staying one step ahead.”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah, but you can’t dodge forever.”

Minute 5

Kong roars and attempts another Jungle Swing, grabbing Sinbad by the waist.

Sinbad twists mid-lift and escapes before the slam lands.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad refusing to be planted.”

Brick Brody:
“He knows one clean Jungle Swing could end this.”

Minute 6

Sinbad spins forward and drives Kong down with a violent Inverted Tornado DDT.

The ring shakes.

Sinbad hooks the leg.

1…
Kong reverses!

Now Kong hooks Sinbad—

Sinbad rolls through!

Another cover—

1…
2…

Kong kicks out!

Julian Ward:
“Rapid exchanges — neither man willing to concede control.”

Brick Brody:
“That’s desperation wrestling right there.”

Minute 7

Sinbad charges and drives both knees into Kong’s chest with a devastating Double Knee Strike.

Kong collapses into the ropes.

Julian Ward:
“That may be the opening Sinbad needed.”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah but Kong’s still breathing.”

Minute 8

Sinbad launches forward with another Running Head Kick, snapping Kong’s head sideways.

At ringside, Dr. Frankenstein suddenly shouts at Kong — barking orders, furious.

Kong looks momentarily disoriented.

Julian Ward:
“Frankenstein berating his own creation!”

Brick Brody:
“He’s trying to wake him up!”

Sinbad covers—

Kong reverses!

Now Kong attempts a pin—

1…

Sinbad kicks out.

Minute 9

Both men rise.

Sinbad cracks Kong across the jaw with a Discus Back Elbow.

Kong answers by grabbing Sinbad and snapping him down with a Snap Mare.

Julian Ward:
“The momentum continues to shift.”

Brick Brody:
“This thing’s turning into a fight.”

Minute 10

Sinbad hooks Kong’s arm and drives him down with a devastating Hammerlock DDT.

He hooks the leg.

1…
2…

Kong kicks out again!

Julian Ward:
“That maneuver defeated Dragon King last week!”

Brick Brody:
“And Kong still kicked out!”

Minute 11

Sinbad tries the Hammerlock DDT again.

But Kong explodes forward and smashes him with a crushing Sledge Hammer to the Chest.

Both men crash to the mat.

Julian Ward:
“Both competitors trading devastating blows!”

Brick Brody:
“That was like getting hit by a truck.”

Sinbad attempts another cover.

1…
2…

Kickout.

Minute 12

Sinbad drives forward with another Double Knee Strike.

Suddenly—

Dr. Frankenstein slides a chair into the ring.

Kong smashes it into Sinbad’s ribs.

Julian Ward:
“That is blatant interference!”

Brick Brody:
“Hey — Honest Abe didn’t see it!”

Minute 13

Sinbad refuses to stay down.

He lifts Kong and plants him again with an Inverted Facelock Backbreaker.

Cover.

1…
2…

Kong kicks out!

Minute 14

Kong attempts a massive Gorilla Press Drop.

Sinbad wriggles free before the slam connects.

Julian Ward:
“Incredible awareness from Sinbad!”

Brick Brody:
“He just escaped a career-ending fall.”

Minute 15

Sinbad drives Kong down with another Inverted Tornado DDT.

But again Frankenstein interferes, shoving the chair into Kong’s hands.

Kong crushes Sinbad across the back and covers.

1…
2…

Sinbad kicks out!

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad survives the interference!”

Brick Brody:
“That’s pure stubbornness.”

Minute 16

Sinbad fires another Short Arm Lariat.

Kong answers with another brutal Jungle Swing, slamming him into the canvas.

Both men struggle to stand.

Minute 17

Sinbad suddenly traps Kong in a Cross Armbreaker.

The crowd rises.

Kong refuses to submit and rolls through the hold, snapping Sinbad over with a Snap Mare.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad nearly forced the submission!”

Brick Brody:
“Kong doesn’t tap. You’ve gotta knock him out.”

Minute 18

Both men charge.

Sinbad hooks the arm—

HAMMERLOCK DDT!

Kong answers in desperation with another Jungle Swing, but both men collapse.

Sinbad crawls forward and hooks the leg.

1…
2…
3!

The bell rings.

SINBAD DEFEATS KONG VIA PINFALL WITH THE HAMMERLOCK DDT AT MINUTE 18.

Sinbad rolls to his knees, breathing heavily.

Dr. Frankenstein stands at ringside — expression unreadable.

Inside the ring, Sinbad slowly rises.

He turns toward the stage.

Toward the Mythic Crown.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad has defeated another member of Monster’s Bash.”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah… but if he keeps climbing this ladder, Julian… there’s only one monster left at the top.”

Sinbad looks directly into the camera.

Unblinking.

The message is clear.

He is still coming for the champion.

SAILING TO A CHAMPIONSHIP

The bell has long since rung.

But the tension inside Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum has not faded.

Sinbad stands in the center of the ring, chest heaving after eighteen brutal minutes with Kong. Sweat runs down his face. His ribs are already darkening from the chair shots delivered earlier in the match.

Outside the ring, Dr. Frankenstein stands with cold composure beside the fallen Kong, who is slowly recovering near the barricade.

The crowd begins to stir as Hana Nakamura steps into the ring with a microphone.

Her tone is earnest, but cautious.

Hana Nakamura:
“Sinbad… you just defeated Kong in a grueling match. But throughout the contest Dr. Frankenstein repeatedly interfered.”

She gestures toward ringside.

“Do you feel this victory was truly one-on-one?”

Sinbad wipes sweat from his brow and looks out at the crowd before answering.

His voice is steady. Determined.

Sinbad:
“I expected interference.”

The crowd murmurs.

He points directly at Dr. Frankenstein.

Sinbad:
“You don’t build monsters in a lab and then suddenly start believing in fair fights.”

A ripple of cheers spreads through the Coliseum.

Sinbad:
“But here’s the thing…”

He steps closer to the ropes, staring down Frankenstein.

“I beat Kong anyway.”

The crowd erupts.

Sinbad:
“You can send your monsters one at a time…”

He pauses.

“…or you can send them all.”

The tone of the arena shifts.

Sinbad continues, voice rising with conviction.

Sinbad:
“Because I told you last week, and I’ll say it again right now.”

He points up the ramp.

“I am coming for the Mythic Crown.”

Huge reaction.

Sinbad:
“And I don’t care how many of your creations I have to go through to get it.”

He turns slightly, staring into the hard camera.

Sinbad:
“Kong.”

A beat.

“Ogre.”

Another beat.

“Dragon King.”

The crowd begins chanting again.

“SIN-BAD!
SIN-BAD!”

Sinbad finishes.

“And if I have to walk through every monster in your circus…”

His voice hardens.

“…then I’ll do it.”

A pause.

“Because at the end of that road… there’s only one fight that matters.”

He points directly toward the stage.

“Frankenstein’s Monster.”

The arena explodes.

But before the reaction can settle—

The lights flicker.

A deep, thunderous rumble echoes through the arena.

Brick Brody (from commentary):
“Oh… that’s a bad idea.”

The stage smoke parts.

Monster’s Bash appears.

First — Dragon King.

Then Ogre, looming beside him.

Kong pushes past security at ringside, climbing back toward the apron.

And at the center of it all—

Frankenstein’s Monster.

Massive.

Silent.

Unblinking.

Julian Ward:
“This situation is deteriorating quickly!”

Without warning—

The monsters charge.

Dragon King slides under the ropes first and blasts Sinbad with a massive forearm.

Ogre storms in behind him and drives a shoulder into Sinbad’s ribs.

Hana Nakamura scrambles out of the ring as the assault begins.

Brick Brody:
“This is four-on-one!”

Kong enters last, grabbing Sinbad by the throat and launching him across the ring with a brutal Jungle Swing.

Sinbad crashes violently into the mat.

The crowd roars in anger.

Dragon King stomps down repeatedly.

Ogre lifts Sinbad and drives him into the canvas with a crushing powerslam.

And through it all—

Frankenstein’s Monster does not rush.

He walks slowly into the ring.

Watching.

Observing.

Sinbad tries to fight back.

He throws a wild right hand at Dragon King.

But Kong blindsides him with a devastating clothesline.

Sinbad collapses.

The monsters surround him.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad may have gone too far tonight.”

Dragon King lifts him again—

Ogre grabs his arm—

Kong drives a knee into his spine—

Then finally—

Frankenstein’s Monster steps forward.

The arena falls eerily quiet.

The giant monster grabs Sinbad by the throat with one hand…

…and lifts him off the mat.

Sinbad struggles.

For a moment.

Then—

CHOKESLAM.

The ring shakes violently as Sinbad crashes into the canvas.

Brick Brody:
“Good lord.”

Monster’s Bash stands over the fallen challenger.

The crowd begins chanting angrily.

“LET HIM GO!
LET HIM GO!”

But the monsters aren’t finished.

Dragon King lifts Sinbad again.

Ogre stomps him down.

Kong raises a chair—

Suddenly—

SIRENS BLARE THROUGH THE ARENA.

Security floods down the ramp.

A wave of officials pours into the ring trying to separate the monsters.

The crowd roars as bodies fill the ring.

Julian Ward:
“Security trying to restore order!”

The monsters shove security away.

Dragon King nearly launches one guard over the ropes.

Finally—

The stage lights change.

ALTON BELL appears at the entrance stage.

The General Manager’s voice cuts through the chaos.

Alton Bell:
“ENOUGH.”

The arena freezes.

Monster’s Bash stops.

Alton’s voice is calm.

But final.

Alton Bell:
“Monster’s Bash… your message has been delivered.”

A beat.

“But you will not destroy this show.”

He points toward the ramp.

“You are ejected from the arena.”

The crowd cheers.

But Alton raises a finger.

“Except…”

He looks directly at the ring.

“…for Frankenstein’s Monster.

The crowd murmurs.

Alton’s voice remains cold.

“The champion stays.”

He gestures again.

“Remove the rest of them.”

Security finally escorts Dragon King, Ogre, and Kong out of the arena.

Frankenstein’s Monster remains standing in the ring.

Staring down at Sinbad.

Medical staff rush down the ramp with a stretcher.

They carefully roll Sinbad onto it as the crowd applauds his effort.

Hana Nakamura watches from the floor, concern in her eyes.

Sinbad is lifted onto the stretcher.

As he is wheeled up the ramp—

The camera cuts back to the ring.

Frankenstein’s Monster stands alone.

Motionless.

Watching.

Julian Ward:
“Sinbad may have declared war tonight…”

Brick Brody:
“And Frankenstein’s Monster just answered it.”

The champion slowly raises the Mythic Crown Championship.

Torchlight flickers around him.

Fade to black as the stretcher disappears backstage.

MATCH 2

Entrances & Introductions

Torchlight flickers along the stone walls of Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum.

The energy in the building shifts from the chaos of Monster’s Bash to something colder.

Something ideological.

Lion emerges first.

Broad shoulders. Confident stride. He raises one arm to the crowd as they respond with cheers.

Julian Ward:
“Lion represents the strength of Camelot’s defenders. Courage, conviction, and the refusal to bow to corruption.”

Brick Brody:
“And tonight he’s staring down the guy who wants Camelot to crumble into dust.”

Lion steps into the ring and paces with controlled intensity.

The lights dim.

The fractured crown sigil burns across the screen.

Then Mordred appears.

Silent.
Cold.

He walks toward the ring like a man approaching inevitability.

Julian Ward:
“Mordred believes Camelot is a lie — a kingdom built on hypocrisy.”

Brick Brody:
“And tonight he’s here to prove it the hard way.”

Mordred steps through the ropes.

Before the bell rings, the camera cuts to the upper levels of the Coliseum.

Standing alone in shadow—

Myrddin the Hollow.

Watching.

Arms folded.

Eyes glowing faintly.

Julian Ward:
“Myrddin the Hollow… the prophet who appeared in the Broken Crown chamber last week.”

Brick Brody:
“He’s not cheering. He’s judging.”

The camera returns to the ring.

Louie Linville:
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall… with no time limit!”

“Introducing first… Lion!”

“And his opponent… representing the Broken Crown… Mordred!”

The bell rings.

Minute (1)

Mordred strikes first, spiking Lion into the canvas with a Lifting Inverted DDT.

Lion rises quickly and counters with a devastating Brainbuster, dropping Mordred directly on his skull.

Julian Ward:
“A violent opening exchange. Both men testing durability immediately.”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah, no feeling-out period here. They’re trying to break each other.”

Minute (2)

Mordred attempts a Downward Spiral, but Lion twists free mid-move.

Lion fires a sharp Spinning Heel Kick that snaps Mordred’s head sideways.

Julian Ward:
“Lion with a beautiful counter.”

Brick Brody:
“That kick landed flush. Mordred felt that one.”

Minute (3)

Lion climbs the turnbuckles and launches into Lion’s Leap — a top rope splash that crashes down across Mordred’s chest.

The crowd erupts.

Julian Ward:
“Lion bringing the fight directly to the traitor of Camelot.”

Brick Brody:
“That’s the kind of risk you take when you want to put Mordred down early.”

Minute (4)

Lion attempts a powerful bodyslam, but Mordred shifts his weight mid-lift and lands behind him.

Julian Ward:
“Mordred slipping the power attempt.”

Brick Brody:
“He’s slippery. That’s why he’s dangerous.”

Minute (5)

Mordred traps Lion’s legs and spins him into a brutal Sharpshooter.

Lion roars in pain but refuses to submit.

Julian Ward:
“Mordred attacking the spine.”

Brick Brody:
“He’s trying to cripple Lion’s base.”

Lion claws his way free.

Minute (6)

Lion retaliates quickly.

He climbs again and crashes down with another Lion’s Leap splash.

Julian Ward:
“Lion refusing to stay grounded.”

Brick Brody:
“He’s fighting like Camelot’s reputation is on the line.”

Minute (7)

Lion lifts Mordred and drives him down with a crushing bodyslam.

Julian Ward:
“Lion building momentum.”

Brick Brody:
“He’s overpowering Mordred right now.”

Minute (8)

Mordred regains control with a vicious Downward Spiral.

Lion answers with a flurry of Knife Edge Chops echoing through the arena.

Julian Ward:
“The momentum swings again.”

Brick Brody:
“That chop sounded like a gunshot.”

Minute (9)

Mordred hoists Lion high and plants him with a Vertical Suplex.

Julian Ward:
“Mordred slowing the pace.”

Brick Brody:
“That’s smart. Lion was getting too comfortable.”

Minute (10)

Mordred drops Lion with a Sitout Powerbomb.

Lion survives and locks in a crushing Full Nelson.

Julian Ward:
“Lion trying to force a submission!”

Brick Brody:
“Mordred doesn’t quit easy.”

Mordred breaks the hold.

Minute (11)

Lion rakes across Mordred’s face with the Courageous Claw.

Mordred staggers backward.

Julian Ward:
“Lion targeting the face.”

Brick Brody:
“Anything to break Mordred’s focus.”

Minute (12)

Both men collide again.

Mordred lands a Vertical Suplex.

Lion answers immediately with another Bodyslam.

Julian Ward:
“Neither competitor gaining lasting control.”

Brick Brody:
“They’re grinding each other down.”

Minute (13)

Mordred plants Lion again with a heavy Sitout Powerbomb.

Lion barely survives.

Julian Ward:
“That powerbomb shook the ring.”

Brick Brody:
“Mordred’s starting to take over.”

Minute (14)

Mordred hits another Downward Spiral.

Lion claws across Mordred’s face again with the Courageous Claw.

Julian Ward:
“Lion refusing to fade.”

Brick Brody:
“He’s fighting through punishment.”

Minute (15)

Mordred hits another Vertical Suplex.

Lion fires back with another Courageous Claw.

Both men stagger.

Julian Ward:
“They are exhausting each other.”

Brick Brody:
“Pure stubbornness at this point.”

Minute (16)

Mordred hits a sudden Swinging Neckbreaker.

Lion stumbles toward the ropes and in desperation throws Mordred out of the ring.

Mordred crashes hard to the floor.

Referee Honest Abe begins counting.

But Mordred does not rush back.

He slowly looks upward.

The camera cuts to the balcony.

Myrddin the Hollow.

Watching.

Still.

Judging.

Mordred stares.

Myrddin slowly raises a hand.

Then shakes his head.

No.

The count continues.

Julian Ward:
“Mordred is looking directly at Myrddin!”

Brick Brody:
“And he’s not getting back in the ring!”

7…
8…
9…
10.

The bell rings.

LION DEFEATS MORDRED VIA COUNT OUT (THROW OUT OF RING) AT MINUTE (16)

Lion stands in the ring breathing heavily.

Victorious.

But confused.

Outside the ring, Mordred never breaks his gaze from the balcony.

The camera cuts back.

The balcony is empty.

Myrddin has vanished.

Julian Ward:
“Mordred allowed himself to be counted out.”

Brick Brody:
“That wasn’t defeat.”

A pause.

Brick Brody:
“That was obedience.”

Mordred calmly walks up the ramp.

The result clearly meant nothing to him.

The camera fades as the tension surrounding Myrddin the Hollow deepens.

MATCH 3

Entrances & Introductions

The torchlight dims again inside Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum.

The atmosphere grows theatrical.

A warped carnival melody begins echoing through the arena.

Out first comes Mad Hatter, bouncing erratically down the ramp, coat tails flapping, hat tilted crookedly as he gestures wildly at the crowd.

Behind him emerge the Queens of Punishment.

Crimson Viper walks with predatory elegance, eyes cold and calculating.

Beside her, Dark Duchess moves with quiet menace — a towering presence wrapped in black and silver.

Julian Ward:
“The Queens of Punishment are among the most ruthless competitors in the Mythic Division.”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah, and that lunatic they brought with them doesn’t make things safer.”

Mad Hatter skips around ringside as the Queens enter the ring.

The lights shift to emerald and gold.

Lark of Sherwood bursts onto the stage first, energy radiating from every step.

Moments later Maid Marion follows — focused, determined.

Julian Ward:
“Sherwood’s defenders have proven their resilience repeatedly.”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah but tonight they’re dealing with two women who enjoy hurting people.”

Lark and Marion enter the ring together.

Louie Linville stands centered.

Louie Linville:
“The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall… with no time limit!”

He turns.

“Introducing first… accompanied by Mad Hatter… Crimson Viper… and Dark Duchess… the Queens of Punishment!”

A pivot.

“And their opponents… Lark of Sherwood… and Maid Marion!”

Linville exits.

Honest Abe signals.

The bell rings.

Crimson Viper and Lark circle cautiously before exploding into action.

Lark suddenly surges forward and plants Viper with a devastating Sherwood Destroyer, driving her headfirst into the canvas.

The crowd erupts.

Viper kicks out.

Julian Ward:
“Explosive opening from Lark of Sherwood!”

Brick Brody:
“She tried to end this thing immediately.”

Lark tags Maid Marion.

Minute (2)

Marion charges forward with Robin’s Arrow — a lightning-fast superkick.

Crimson Viper narrowly slips aside, avoiding the impact.

Viper quickly retreats to her corner and tags Dark Duchess.

Julian Ward:
“Viper wisely avoiding the strike.”

Brick Brody:
“Smart move. That kick could have knocked her out.”

Minute (3)

Dark Duchess storms into the ring.

Suddenly chaos erupts as all four competitors collide.

Dark Duchess traps Marion in the brutal Spade’s Edge Crossface.

Crimson Viper assists, bending Marion backward in a vicious Bow & Arrow Stretch.

Lark charges in and blasts Viper with a Fireman’s Carry Cutter.

Marion breaks free and detonates Robin’s Arrow into Duchess’s jaw.

The arena roars as bodies collapse across the canvas.

Julian Ward:
“Total breakdown in the ring!”

Brick Brody:
“Everybody swinging — this is pure chaos!”

Order slowly returns as the referee forces competitors back to their corners.

Minute (4)

Dark Duchess stalks Marion, ready to strike again—

Suddenly Mad Hatter leaps onto the apron, shouting nonsense and waving his arms wildly.

He begins ranting incoherently, pointing at the referee and shoving him repeatedly.

Honest Abe stumbles backward trying to regain control.

Julian Ward:
“Mad Hatter interfering!”

Brick Brody:
“That idiot just shoved the referee!”

Honest Abe immediately calls for the bell.

The arena erupts in confusion.

LARK OF SHERWOOD & MAID MARION WIN VIA DISQUALIFICATION AFTER MAD HATTER SHOVES THE REFEREE AT MINUTE (4)

The bell rings repeatedly as the referee signals the disqualification.

Inside the ring, Crimson Viper and Dark Duchess are furious.

Mad Hatter continues ranting wildly, unaware of the consequences.

Viper grabs him by the collar.

Dark Duchess shoves him violently.

The two Queens begin screaming at him as he stumbles backward in confusion.

Julian Ward:
“The Queens of Punishment have just lost this match because of their own manager!”

Brick Brody:
“Yeah and judging by their faces, Mad Hatter might not survive the walk backstage.”

Mad Hatter nervously adjusts his hat as the furious Queens glare at him.

Across the ring, Lark and Marion raise their arms in victory.

But the tension remains.

The fractured alliance of the Queens of Punishment is clearly beginning to crack.

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED

The camera fades in backstage.

Stone walls.

Torchlight flickers along the corridor of Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum, casting long shadows across the ancient stone.

Hana Nakamura stands ready with microphone in hand.

Her tone is focused — not sensational, but serious.

Beside her stands Lady Guinevere.

Regal.

Composed.

Her posture straight, chin lifted slightly, wearing the colors of Camelot with quiet authority.

The crowd watching on the arena screen begins to murmur.

Hana turns toward the camera.

Hana Nakamura:
“Ladies and gentlemen… please welcome Lady Guinevere of the Champions of Camelot.”

She turns toward Guinevere.

“Lady Guinevere… last week the Queen of the North Champion Lilith delivered a very direct message to the entire Mythic Division.”

The screen beside them briefly flashes footage from the previous episode.

Lilith standing with the championship.

‘There is no competition for me here in Camelot.’

The clip fades.

Hana continues.

Hana Nakamura:
“She claimed there is no adequate challenger in this division… and that the women of Camelot are beneath her.”

A slight pause.

“Your response?”

Guinevere does not answer immediately.

Her expression remains calm — but there is steel beneath it.

Lady Guinevere:
“Lilith speaks as though this kingdom belongs to her.”

A beat.

“It does not.”

She folds her hands together calmly.

“Camelot is not a place for tyrants.”

Her eyes sharpen slightly.

“It is a place for those willing to stand and defend it.”

Hana nods slightly.

Hana Nakamura:
“Lilith specifically said there is no one here worthy of her crown.”

Guinevere’s gaze shifts toward the camera.

Lady Guinevere:
“That is a convenient lie.”

A quiet pause.

“There are many who are worthy.”

She begins counting them calmly.

“Snow White.”

“Lark of Sherwood.”

“Maid Marion.”

Her voice remains steady.

“All warriors who have proven their courage in this division.”

She pauses.

Then steps half a pace closer to the camera.

“But Lilith does not want to hear their names.”

Her tone lowers slightly.

“She wants silence.”

Another beat.

Guinevere lifts her head slightly.

“I will not give her that silence.”

The tension in the corridor thickens.

Hana watches closely.

Hana Nakamura:
“Are you saying you intend to answer her challenge?”

Guinevere nods once.

No hesitation.

Lady Guinevere:
“Lilith claims she has conquered Camelot.”

Her eyes narrow slightly.

“I intend to prove she has not.”

She turns fully toward the camera now.

Her voice calm.

But absolute.

“Lilith.”

A beat.

“You want competition?”

The corridor falls silent.

“Then you will face me.”

A ripple of cheers erupts from the arena.

Guinevere continues.

“You call yourself Queen of the North.”

Her voice remains measured.

“But crowns are not proven through arrogance.”

“They are proven through trial.”

She steps back beside Hana.

“I challenge you.”

The camera lingers on her expression.

Unshaken.

Unblinking.

Lady Guinevere:
“Let us see if your crown survives Camelot.”

Hana looks back to the camera.

Hana Nakamura:
“Well… the challenge has been issued.”

She glances at Guinevere.

“And knowing Lilith… she is very likely listening.”

The camera holds on Guinevere’s steady gaze as the torchlight flickers behind her.

Fade out.

“And judging by that look… he seems pleased.”

The camera lingers on Myrddin’s shadowed silhouette above the arena.

THE ETERNAL FLAME TESTED

The camera fades in backstage.

Stone corridors lit by flickering torches line the halls of Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum.

Standing ready with microphone in hand is Hana Nakamura.

Beside her stands the Eternal Flame Champion — Takuma Ryujin.

The championship belt rests over his shoulder, its gold reflecting the dim torchlight.

At his side stands Lady Ayame Ryu, calm and composed, watching the corridor carefully.

Hana turns toward the camera.

Hana Nakamura:
“Ladies and gentlemen, I am here with the Eternal Flame Champion… Takuma Ryujin.”

She turns toward him.

“Takuma… last week after successfully defending your championship, you were attacked by Raigen and the Blood Oni Syndicate.”

The screen beside them briefly flashes footage of the assault — Raigen, Kaen, and Enrai overwhelming the champion.

The footage fades.

Hana continues.

Hana Nakamura:
“Many people wondered whether you would even be able to compete tonight.”

Takuma breathes slowly.

His expression calm.

Focused.

Takuma Ryujin:
“The Blood Oni Syndicate believes strength is measured by numbers.”

A slight pause.

“They attacked me when the battle was finished.”

His voice remains steady.

“That is not the way of a warrior.”

Lady Ayame nods slightly beside him.

Takuma Ryujin:
“But the Eternal Flame is not easily extinguished.”

Hana nods.

Hana Nakamura:
“Tonight you defend the Eternal Flame Championship against Sir Agravaine of the Broken Crown.”

She pauses.

“Are you fully prepared for that match after what happened last week?”

Takuma looks directly into the camera.

Takuma Ryujin:
“Sir Agravaine is a dangerous opponent.”

A beat.

“But he will face me as every challenger must.”

His voice lowers slightly.

“Through trial.”

Lady Ayame folds her arms.

Lady Ayame Ryu:
“The Broken Crown believes Camelot is weak.”

She glances at Takuma.

“They will learn otherwise.”

Takuma nods.

Takuma Ryujin:
“Tonight the flame burns.”

Suddenly—

A violent crash echoes through the corridor.

RAIGEN charges into frame, smashing Takuma from the side.

The camera jolts as the attack erupts.

Kaen and Enrai storm into the scene behind him.

The three members of the Blood Oni Syndicate begin beating Takuma down against the stone wall.

Hana Nakamura:
“Security! Security!”

Raigen drives a knee into Takuma’s ribs.

Kaen slams him into a steel equipment crate.

Enrai stomps repeatedly.

Lady Ayame tries to pull them away but is shoved aside.

Brick Brody (from commentary):
“They’re doing it again!”

Julian Ward:
“This is a vicious assault!”

Raigen grabs Takuma by the collar and drives him down to the floor.

The three attackers surround him.

Raigen raises his fist—

Suddenly—

Two figures charge into the hallway.

HIRO AND MASA — THE SCALEKEEPERS.

They slam into the Blood Oni Syndicate like a pair of battering rams.

Hiro tackles Kaen into a stack of production crates.

Masa blasts Enrai with a forearm that sends him crashing into the wall.

The hallway explodes into a brawl.

Julian Ward:
“The Scalekeepers have arrived!”

Brick Brody:
“And they’re not here to talk!”

Hiro and Masa trade blows with the Syndicate as Takuma struggles to stand.

Raigen tries to rejoin the fight—

But suddenly—

A commanding voice echoes down the corridor.

Alton Bell:
“ENOUGH.”

The General Manager steps into frame with a wave of security personnel behind him.

Security floods the hallway, separating the fighters.

Raigen tries to push forward again but guards force him backward.

Alton Bell:
“Blood Oni Syndicate…”

His voice is calm.

Cold.

“You are finished here tonight.”

Raigen snarls but allows himself to be escorted away.

Kaen and Enrai are dragged down the corridor by security.

The Syndicate disappears around the corner.

The hallway finally settles.

Hiro and Masa help Takuma slowly back to his feet.

He winces slightly.

Lady Ayame places a hand on his shoulder.

Hana Nakamura:
“Takuma… are you alright?”

Takuma breathes deeply.

He looks down at the Eternal Flame Championship.

Then back toward the camera.

Takuma Ryujin:
“I will fight.”

Hana hesitates.

“But your injuries—”

Takuma shakes his head.

Takuma Ryujin:
“A warrior does not abandon the battlefield.”

He adjusts the championship belt across his shoulder.

Lady Ayame gives him a proud nod.

Takuma Ryujin:
“Sir Agravaine will face me.”

A beat.

“Tonight.”

The camera slowly pulls back as Takuma walks down the corridor toward the arena.

Bruised.

But unbroken.

Julian Ward:
“The Eternal Flame Champion may be injured… but he refuses to surrender the fight.”

Brick Brody:
“Sir Agravaine might be walking into the toughest title defense of Takuma’s career.”

Fade out as the show prepares for the Main Event.

MAIN EVENT

Standing alone once again—

Myrddin the Hollow.

Watching.

Silent.

Judging.

Julian Ward:
“Myrddin the Hollow has watched several matches tonight.”

Brick Brody:
“And he’s here for the main event too. That can’t be good for anybody.”

The lights dim further.

A dark orchestral theme echoes through the Coliseum.

Sir Agravaine emerges from the shadows.

Cold.

Composed.

He walks toward the ring like a knight entering a battlefield.

Julian Ward:
“Sir Agravaine represents the ruthless ambition of the Broken Crown.”

Brick Brody:
“He’s not here to wrestle. He’s here to take a throne.”

Agravaine enters the ring and stares down the entrance ramp.

Moments later—

The arena lights burn brighter.

The sound of distant drums echoes.

Then the crowd erupts.

Takuma Ryujin emerges onto the stage.

The Eternal Flame Championship rests across his shoulder.

But something is clearly wrong.

Takuma’s ribs are heavily taped.

His movement slightly slower than usual after the earlier assault.

Julian Ward:
“The Eternal Flame Champion was brutally attacked just moments ago.”

Brick Brody:
“And he’s still walking to the ring.”

Takuma steps into the ring and hands the championship to the referee.

Honest Abe raises the belt high for the arena to see.

Julian Ward:
“The Cloverleaf is locked in!”

Brick Brody:

Takuma tries to crawl.

The ropes are just out of reach.

Agravaine pulls him back to the center.

The pain becomes unbearable.

Takuma finally taps the mat.

The bell rings.

Honest Abe retrieves the championship and hands it to Agravaine.

The challenger rises slowly.

The Eternal Flame Championship now in his hands.

Julian Ward:
“Sir Agravaine has done it.”

Brick Brody:
“The Broken Crown just captured their first championship.”

Agravaine raises the title high.

On the upper level of the Coliseum—

Myrddin the Hollow watches.

A faint smile crosses his face.

He nods slowly.

Satisfied.

Then—

He steps backward into the darkness.

And disappears.

In the ring, Agravaine stands tall with the championship as Lady Ayame kneels beside the fallen Takuma Ryujin.

Julian Ward:
“A dark victory tonight for the Broken Crown.”

Brick Brody:
“And something tells me… this is only the beginning.”

The camera lingers on Agravaine holding the championship high as the arena remains stunned.

Fade to black.

CLOSING

The camera fades back inside Scrooge’s Camelot Coliseum.

At the broadcast desk sit Julian Ward and Brick Brody.

The crowd buzzes with disbelief.

Julian Ward:

The crowd reacts loudly.

Julian Ward:
“King Arthur returns to address the growing threat of the Broken Crown.”

Brick Brody:
“And Mordred’s gonna be there too. That’s a powder keg.”

Julian continues.

“Sandman will also appear…”

“And the Universal Champion… Mean Jack Mason.”

Brick chuckles slightly.

Brick Brody:
“Yeah… if Jack Mason shows up, somebody’s getting hurt.”

Julian nods.

“Next week promises to reshape the Mythic Division once again.”

The camera slowly pulls back as the arena lights dim slightly.

Julian Ward:
“For Brick Brody… I’m Julian Ward.”

A pause.

“Thank you for joining us.”

Brick leans slightly forward.

Brick Brody:
“And remember…”

A small smirk.

“In Dark Fable…”

“…nothing stays broken forever.”

Julian glances toward the ring one last time.

Julian Ward:
“Good night.”

The camera fades out as the torchlight flickers across the stone walls of Camelot Coliseum.
