Good evening and welcome to Iron Ring: The Crucible, live from the Iron Ring Academy. I’m Paul Redford alongside Dave “The Brute” Kent.

Last week delivered one of the most intense nights we’ve seen inside this Academy so far.

Rapunzel continued her impressive rise in the Iron Maiden division, forcing Hard Candy to submit with a tightly applied Cobra Clutch.

Nikolas Nocturne made a powerful statement in the men’s division, defeating Kryst Fellwinter after an explosive eleven-minute contest before publicly demanding a spot in the March 26 evaluation showcase.

And in our Spotlight segment, Santelina spoke about her philosophy of wrestling as discipline — not spectacle — reinforcing why many inside the Academy view her as one of the most respected competitors in the Iron Maiden division.

Dave Kent:
Santelina’s dangerous because of that mindset. She’s not chasing applause. She’s chasing improvement.

That kind of competitor usually sticks around a long time in this business.

Paul Redford:
In Match Three, Furiosa Ardilla survived a grueling twenty-two minute battle with Clara Cobweb, securing the victory with a Code Red.

After the match, Ardilla made her intentions very clear regarding the Iron Maiden Championship and the steel cage match scheduled for March 26.

Dave Kent:
Cobweb pushed her harder than anyone expected.

But Furiosa didn’t break. That’s the kind of toughness you need when you’re stepping into a cage with the champion.

Paul Redford:
And in our main event, the Brothers Grimmstone defeated Lyric Everfrost and the Iron General Champion Sentinel after Alaric Grimmstone connected with a devastating Kamigoye to secure the pinfall.

Following the match, Elias Grimmstone issued a direct challenge to Sentinel ahead of their upcoming Iron General Championship steel cage match.

Dave Kent:
The Grimmstones proved something last week.

They’re not just talented — they’re organized. When they isolate someone in that ring, they dismantle them piece by piece.

And Sentinel learned that the hard way.

Four matches once again as evaluation continues for competitors hoping to advance beyond the Academy.

We begin tonight with tag team action in the Iron Maiden division.

Holly Vale teams with Beatrice Boup to face the unpredictable Candy Shoppe Twins.

The Twins thrive on chaos.

Vale and Boup are more structured competitors. If they keep this match disciplined, they have the advantage. If the Twins turn it into a circus, anything can happen.

Paul Redford:
In Match Two, the rivalry between the Grimmstones and their challengers continues as Elias Grimmstone steps into the ring against Kryst Fellwinter.

Dave Kent:
Fellwinter is one of the most technically disciplined wrestlers in this Academy.

But Elias Grimmstone doesn’t wrestle emotionally — he wrestles strategically. That’s a dangerous combination.

Paul Redford:
Later tonight, Lyric Everfrost looks for redemption when he faces the man who pinned him last week — Alaric Grimmstone.

Dave Kent:
Everfrost took a beating in that main event. Now he gets one of the Grimmstones one-on-one.

That’s a test of resilience right there.

Paul Redford:
And in tonight’s main event — perhaps the most anticipated match of the evening — Iron Maiden Champion Thimble Hex meets Rapunzel in a non-title contest.

If Rapunzel can defeat the champion tonight, the entire balance of the Iron Maiden division could change heading into the March 26 steel cage championship match between Hex and Furiosa Ardilla.

Dave Kent:
Rapunzel’s been building momentum the right way.

But beating the champion is a different level of pressure. Tonight we find out if she’s ready for it.

Paul Redford:
Also tonight, we will hear from the Brothers Grimmstone during our Spotlight segment as they address the Iron Ring Academy following last week’s main event victory.

And after all four matches tonight, Iron Ring Division General Manager Hammer Washington will make a special announcement regarding next week’s Crucible broadcast.

Across the ring stand the Candy Shoppe Twins — Cotton Candy and Hard Candy — perhaps the most unpredictable duo in the Academy.

Dave Kent:

Paul Redford:
An exhausting thirty minutes of tag team competition here inside the Iron Ring Academy — but neither team able to secure the decisive victory.

Dave Kent:
Both teams had opportunities.

The Twins dominated long stretches with their double teaming, but Vale and Boup showed real discipline late in the match.

The problem is simple.

In this building, if you can’t finish the match, you haven’t proven anything yet.


Paul Redford:

Fellwinter relies on methodical control and submission pressure. Grimmstone, meanwhile, is a calculating powerhouse who focuses on breaking opponents down piece by piece.

Dave Kent:

But Grimmstone doesn’t make many mistakes. When he sees an opening, he ends the exchange fast.

Paul Redford:

(Camera fades from the arena to a dark vignette filmed somewhere inside the Iron Ring Academy building. The lighting is dim — flickering shadows cast against rough concrete walls. The faint echo of chains dragging across stone can be heard.)

A heavy wooden table sits in the center of the room.

On it rests a large blackened book bound in cracked leather.

Its cover is scarred with etched runes.

Across the front — burned into the leather — are the words:

THE GRIMMSTONE CODEX

The camera slowly zooms in as the book opens.

Inside the pages are names.

Some crossed out.

Some circled.

Some carved deeply into the parchment as if etched by blade.

A hand enters the frame.

It belongs to Alaric Grimmstone.

He slowly turns a page.


(Soft whispers echo beneath the soundtrack — distorted voices repeating fragments of words.)

“Story… punishment… destiny…”


Alaric Grimmstone (voice calm, almost scholarly):

Stories shape the world.

For centuries… children were told fairy tales.

Pretty little lies about heroes.

About good defeating evil.

(Alaric smirks faintly.)

But the original stories…

The real stories…

They were never kind.

They were warnings.


(Camera cuts to Elias Grimmstone standing behind him in the shadows.

A towering figure in black leather and crimson trim.

A massive iron chain drapes across his shoulders.)

He slowly drags the chain across the floor.

The sound echoes.


Alaric Grimmstone:

The Grimmstones do not tell stories.

We record them.

(He taps the Codex.)

Every broken body…

Every defeated opponent…

Another tale added to the book.


(The camera cuts to a close-up of the page.

Names appear written across the parchment.)

Alaric Grimmstone:

Some stories end quickly.

Some require… more chapters.

But they all end the same way.

(He slowly dips a fountain pen into a small vial of dark red ink.)

(Elias Grimmstone steps forward for the first time.

He says nothing.

He simply closes the book with one heavy motion.)

THUD.

The room falls silent.


Alaric Grimmstone (quietly):

My brother Elias…

He writes the endings.

I merely announce them.


(Elias lifts the iron chain slightly — letting it fall against the table with a metallic crash.)


Alaric Grimmstone:

The Iron Ring Academy believes this place is about opportunity.

About development.

About proving yourself.

But the truth…

(He leans closer to the camera.)

Is that every competitor here…

Is simply another character waiting to be written into our story.


(The camera slowly zooms in on the cover of the Codex again.)

The runes glow faintly under the dim light.

another chapter begins.

And eventually…

every name ends up here.


(The book slowly closes.)

The last shot shows Elias Grimmstone’s hand resting on the Codex as the iron chain drapes across the table.

The screen fades to black.


(Camera cuts back to the commentary desk.)

A chilling message from the Brothers Grimmstone.

Dave Kent:
Those two believe every opponent they face becomes part of that story.

Tonight, Everfrost gets the opportunity for redemption in singles competition.

Dave Kent:
Everfrost took a beating last week. Tonight we find out if he learned anything from it.

Alaric Grimmstone is one of the most dangerous competitors in this Academy — fast, technical, and ruthless when he sees an opening.

Alaric Grimmstone wastes no time attacking, hoisting Lyric Everfrost into a brutal Pumphandle Over-Knee Neckbreaker, driving his spine across the knee.

Paul Redford:
Alaric Grimmstone striking immediately!

Dave Kent:
That’s his style — fast and violent. He’s trying to break Everfrost early.

Everfrost answers with a powerful Bodyslam, but Grimmstone immediately retaliates with a sharp Kamigoye, the knee strike snapping Everfrost backward.

Paul Redford:

Dave Kent:

Rapunzel has quietly built one of the strongest winning streaks inside the Academy, showing patience and discipline in every outing. Across the ring stands the Iron Maiden Champion herself — Thimble Hex.

Dave Kent:
Hex has ruled this division since the Academy opened. She’s powerful, aggressive, and she knows how to close matches.

But Rapunzel’s been evolving every week. If she beats the champion tonight, the entire division shifts.

Rapunzel has just defeated the Iron Maiden Champion here tonight in our main event!

Dave Kent:
That changes the conversation completely.

Rapunzel didn’t steal that win. She earned it.

(Rapunzel joins the commentary desk as the crowd buzzes inside the Iron Ring Academy.)

Paul Redford:
Rapunzel… you just pinned the Iron Maiden Champion. What does this victory mean for you?

Rapunzel:
It means something very simple.

For weeks… people said I had potential.

Tonight I proved something else.

I’m ready.

(Rapunzel looks toward the ring where Hex is recovering.)

Thimble Hex is the champion.

But now she knows something.

She can be beaten.

Dave Kent:
And she just proved it.

Paul Redford:
A monumental victory for Rapunzel tonight on The Crucible.

But the Iron Maiden Championship will still be decided inside a steel cage on March 26 when Thimble Hex defends against Furiosa Ardilla.

Good evening, gentlemen.

Now as everyone here knows… next week’s episode of The Crucible is not an ordinary show.

Next week marks the final episode of Quarter One here at the Iron Ring Academy.

And that means something very important for everyone in this locker room.

It means evaluation time.

But before we get to those evaluations… we’re going to settle some unfinished business.

Because next week… both championships here in the Iron Ring Academy will be defended.

Inside steel cages.

(The crowd reacts loudly.)

First…

The Iron Maiden Championship.
