Ollie's Observations 037

House Show Recaps — Week of October 26th to November 1st

By Oliver Grant

Opening

The final week of October brought NPCW's house-show schedule to two more cities, with the Mythic Division continuing its Asian tour in Hong Kong, China, and the Polar Division moving across Texas to Lubbock.

Four shows were held across October 26 and 27, featuring twenty matches and ten pairings contested on consecutive nights.

Hong Kong produced several convincing records.

Dark Duchess, Scarecrow and Cheshire Cat each completed two-night sweeps, although their performances differed considerably. Scarecrow relied on timely pinning opportunities against Dragon King, while Cheshire Cat combined sustained offense with two different winning finishes against Huntsman.

The most unusual record belonged to Kaminari Hono and the partnership of Allan A Dale and Lion.

They wrestled for 60 minutes across two nights.

Neither team secured a victory.

Lubbock offered a different picture.

Marcus the Beastmaster swept Leiton Snake in two demanding contests. The River Reapers opened with a victory before reaching the time limit in their rematch. Hellfrost and Dark Ritual also reached 30 minutes on opening night, only for their second meeting to end prematurely through outside interference.

Then there were the reversals.

Lyric Everfrost defeated Belsnickel in three minutes on Monday. Twenty-four hours later, Belsnickel required 29 minutes to reverse that result.

Bigfoot experienced something similar against Ironfang, losing the first meeting by count-out before claiming a pinfall in the rematch.

There was no shortage of decisive results this week.

But Hong Kong and Lubbock also demonstrated how quickly a familiar opponent can change the demands of a match.

And sometimes, the second night reveals considerably more than the first.

MYTHIC DIVISION

House Show 2026 – 073.01

Hong Kong, China — 10/26/2026

Results

Match 1 – Mother Earth vs Dark Duchess

RESULT: Dark Duchess defeats Mother Earth via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐½

Dark Duchess secured the victory after 21 minutes, pinning Mother Earth following the Straight Jacket Choke. Mother Earth survived earlier covers in the 14th and 17th minutes and temporarily removed Dark Hatter from the contest, but could not withstand the Duchess's final offensive stretch.

Match 2 – Scarecrow vs Dragon King

RESULT: Scarecrow defeats Dragon King via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐½

Scarecrow survived two dangerous excursions outside the ring, returning at seven and nine respectively, before catching Dragon King with the Small Package in the 19th minute.

Match 3 – Kaminari Hono vs Allan A Dale and Lion

RESULT: Kaminari Hono and Allan A Dale and Lion wrestle to a 30-minute time-limit draw.

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Enrai and Kaen traded extended tandem offense with Allan A Dale and Lion throughout the contest. Lion threatened several late finishing opportunities, but neither partnership could secure the decisive fall before the time limit expired.

Match 4 – Huntsman vs Cheshire Cat

RESULT: Cheshire Cat defeats Huntsman via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cheshire Cat survived Huntsman's sustained power offense and completed the victory in the 21st minute following the Fujiwara Armbar. Dark Hatter intervened repeatedly, although Huntsman continued fighting after the most significant early disruption.

Main Event – Gods of War vs King's Collectors

RESULT: King's Collectors defeat Gods of War via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐½

Ledger Knight pinned Mars following Back Hand Chops in the 18th minute. The King's Collectors survived several attempts by Ares and Mars to interrupt their tandem offense before establishing control during the closing stretch.

Featured Match Observation

Kaminari Hono vs Allan A Dale and Lion

Thirty minutes produced no winner, but the contest provided a useful examination of two teams approaching tag wrestling from different directions.

Kaminari Hono began aggressively.

Enrai and Kaen opened with a Bunker Buster Vertical Suplex Neckbreaker and a powerful Ura Shouten combination, immediately forcing Allan A Dale to defend against consecutive attacks.

Allan responded through straightforward power wrestling.

The Gutwrench Suplex and Piledriver in the second and third minutes established that he could disrupt Kaminari Hono's preferred rhythm without relying on prolonged tandem sequences.

Lion then strengthened that response.

His Brainbuster became one of the most reliable weapons in the match, appearing repeatedly as the teams exchanged control.

The first significant shift came during the 12th through 14th minutes.

Kaminari Hono delivered consecutive Dragon and German Suplexes.

Allan and Lion answered with the Bodyslam and Travelling Troubadour Neckbreaker.

Lion then hit another Brainbuster and attempted the pin.

Kaen made the save.

That intervention mattered because it demonstrated how difficult either team would be to finish while the opposing partner remained available.

The middle portion became increasingly demanding.

Lord Kurogami influenced proceedings with his cane and later interfered around the ropes, but Allan and Lion continued creating offensive opportunities.

In the 18th minute, all four wrestlers became involved in a substantial exchange featuring a Half Hatch Suplex, Tokko Discus Lariat, Spinning Heel Kick and Scoop Powerslam.

Neither side maintained control for long.

Lion and Allan then assembled a sustained tandem attack beginning in the 19th minute.

The Main Event Neckbreaker and subsequent Brainbuster gave Lion another opportunity to establish dominance.

Kaminari Hono answered in the 22nd through 24th minutes with their own extended sequence.

Enrai delivered the Karma Pumphandle Half Nelson Driver.

Kaen followed with the GTR combination.

Lion continued responding, including repeated applications of Lion's Leap.

By the 25th minute, Lion had another cover after the Spinning Heel Kick.

Enrai escaped.

The final five minutes offered further exchanges but no definitive advantage.

Kaen reversed Lion's attempt to throw him outside in the 27th minute.

Enrai and Allan exchanged significant offense in the 29th.

The 30th brought Enrai's Butterfly Lock and another attempted response from Allan.

Then the bell sounded.

What it showed: both teams demonstrated enough offensive variety to win, but neither could sustain the necessary advantage while both opposing wrestlers remained active.

Kaminari Hono generated dangerous tandem opportunities.

Allan A Dale and Lion answered with individual power and increasingly effective cooperation.

The draw was justified by the sustained contest.

What remained unresolved was which partnership could translate that offense into a final decision.

They would have another opportunity the following night.

House Show 2026 – 073.02

Hong Kong, China — 10/27/2026

The same five pairings returned for a second night, with three wrestlers looking to complete individual sweeps and two tag teams hoping to settle unfinished business.

Results

Match 1 – Mother Earth vs Dark Duchess

RESULT: Dark Duchess defeats Mother Earth via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐½

Dark Duchess completed the sweep in 15 minutes, countering Mother Earth's Forearm Smash and securing the pin following Forehand Chops. Mother Earth produced stronger sustained offense than the final result suggested, including Gaia's Grace in the ninth minute.

Match 2 – Scarecrow vs Dragon King

RESULT: Scarecrow defeats Dragon King via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐½

Scarecrow secured his second victory in 18 minutes after applying the Side Chinlock and completing the cover. Dragon King had threatened with the Dragon Sleeper and Dragon's Fury, but could not prevent another Scarecrow finish.

Match 3 – Kaminari Hono vs Allan A Dale and Lion

RESULT: Kaminari Hono and Allan A Dale and Lion wrestle to a 30-minute time-limit draw.

⭐⭐⭐⭐½

The teams completed another 30-minute contest without a winner. Multiple pin attempts, partner saves, tandem combinations and submission attempts produced a more varied closing stretch than their first meeting.

Match 4 – Huntsman vs Cheshire Cat

RESULT: Cheshire Cat defeats Huntsman via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cheshire Cat completed the sweep with the Coffin Drop in the 21st minute. Huntsman survived an earlier Yoshi Tonic cover and delivered several Ace Crushers, but could not overcome Cheshire Cat's sustained offensive pressure.

Main Event – Gods of War vs King's Collectors

RESULT: Gods of War defeat King's Collectors via disqualification.

⭐⭐½

The contest ended in the 17th minute when Prince John attacked the referee, resulting in the King's Collectors being disqualified. Zeus also became involved in the closing exchange, but the finish prevented either team from establishing a second direct victory.

Featured Match Observation

Huntsman vs Cheshire Cat

The first meeting had lasted 21 minutes.

The rematch required exactly the same amount of time.

The result was also identical.

The path to that result was different.

Cheshire Cat established the opening advantage through the Yoshi Tonic and Shotgun Front Dropkick, immediately testing Huntsman's ability to handle a faster opponent.

Huntsman responded with the Spinebuster and Full Nelson Slam.

Those exchanges established the central contrast.

Huntsman was most effective when he could plant his opponent and control the pace through power.

Cheshire Cat repeatedly disrupted that approach through speed, movement and attacks from unfamiliar angles.

The first notable finishing opportunity arrived in the ninth minute.

Cheshire Cat connected with the Yoshi Tonic and attempted the pin.

Huntsman escaped at two.

The following stretch showed why the match remained competitive.

Huntsman continued landing Woodsman Uppercuts and other power attacks.

Cheshire Cat answered with the Last Supper, Coffin Drop and Hurricanrana.

Neither competitor could keep the other on the defensive for long.

The 14th and 15th minutes were particularly revealing.

Huntsman struck with consecutive Ace Crushers.

Cheshire Cat remained offensive, answering first with the Shotgun Front Dropkick and then the Fujiwara Armbar.

Huntsman did not immediately surrender control.

Another Ace Crusher followed in the 18th minute.

But Cheshire Cat continued finding answers.

By the 19th minute, Huntsman had again connected with a Clothesline while Cheshire Cat responded through the Hurricanrana.

The contest was still active in both directions.

Dark Hatter then intervened in the 20th minute, entering Huntsman's name into the Black Ledger.

That interference preceded the decisive exchange.

In the 21st minute, Cheshire Cat landed the Coffin Drop.

The cover held.

What it showed: Cheshire Cat did not simply repeat the same finishing sequence.

The opening-night victory followed the Fujiwara Armbar.

The rematch ended with the Coffin Drop.

That distinction matters.

Huntsman survived considerable offense and repeatedly demonstrated that his power could disrupt Cheshire Cat's movement.

But Cheshire Cat consistently returned to his preferred pace and found a second way to complete the pin.

Dark Hatter's late involvement remains part of the result and cannot be ignored.

Still, Cheshire Cat's offensive production across both contests was substantial.

Two matches.

Forty-two combined minutes.

Two victories.

Two different finishing moves.

Huntsman offered meaningful resistance, but the sweep belonged to Cheshire Cat.

POLAR DIVISION

House Show 2026 – 074.01

Lubbock, Texas — 10/26/2026

Results

Match 1 – Hellfrost vs Dark Ritual

RESULT: Hellfrost and Dark Ritual wrestle to a 30-minute time-limit draw.

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Emberlyn Black and Velora Synn exchanged extended tandem sequences with Morrigan and Wicked Willow. Both teams survived late finishing opportunities, including Morrigan escaping Emberlyn's Blackout Dragon Sleeper in the 27th minute.

Match 2 – River Reapers vs Jolly Green and Paul Bunyon

RESULT: River Reapers defeat Jolly Green and Paul Bunyon via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tom Sawyer reversed Jolly Green's pin attempt in the 16th minute to secure the victory. The finish followed an extended exchange involving Sawyer's Double Underhook Powerbomb and Jolly Green's Piledriver.

Match 3 – Lyric Everfrost vs Belsnickel

RESULT: Lyric Everfrost defeats Belsnickel via submission.

⭐½

Everfrost needed only three minutes, applying the Dragon Sleeper and forcing Belsnickel to submit despite Fenwick Grimbough striking Everfrost with his rulebook during the finishing sequence.

Match 4 – Leiton Snake vs Marcus the Beastmaster

RESULT: Marcus the Beastmaster defeats Leiton Snake via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Marcus survived Leiton Snake's repeated Diving Somersault Neckbreaker attacks before securing the victory following the Bearhug in the 26th minute. Both men had generated earlier covers during a demanding contest.

Main Event – Bigfoot vs Ironfang

RESULT: Ironfang defeats Bigfoot via count-out.

⭐⭐

Ironfang secured the victory in the ninth minute after throwing Bigfoot outside the ring. The Wolf Pack had distracted Bigfoot earlier, helping Ironfang establish the sustained offensive stretch that preceded the finish.

Featured Match Observation

Hellfrost vs Dark Ritual

Thirty minutes without a decision can be productive.

It can also expose problems.

This opening contest contained elements of both.

Hellfrost and Dark Ritual began with active exchanges rather than extended cautious wrestling.

Morrigan established the first advantage through High Speed Roundhouse Kicks.

Wicked Willow followed with the Widow's Peak Neckbreaker as Velora Synn attempted to create offense for Hellfrost.

Neither team controlled the opening minutes completely.

The match began to change in the eighth minute.

Morrigan and Wicked Willow assembled a three-round tandem sequence.

The Seated Fujiwara Armbar and Spider's Web Sidewalk Slam established their ability to coordinate offense against Emberlyn Black.

Black answered with a foreign-object attack.

The following minute, however, Dark Ritual's attempted combination was neutralized.

That interruption established one of the recurring patterns of the match.

Both teams could initiate extended attacks.

Neither consistently completed them.

By the 16th minute, all four women became involved in another exchange.

Emberlyn and Velora answered Morrigan's Ankle Lock German Suplex and Wicked Willow's Hair Pull Gory Special with the Whip Hair Mare and Snapmare combination.

The contest remained competitive, but outside involvement increasingly shaped its direction.

Grinch Heyman supplied assistance to Hellfrost.

The Coven repeatedly distracted the referee and later used green mist without drawing a disqualification.

Those interventions cannot be separated from the match's progression.

The first important late cover arrived in the 19th minute.

Wicked Willow hit the Black Widow Powerslam on Velora.

Velora escaped at one.

That was significant because the match had reached a stage where both teams were producing dangerous combinations without translating them into sustained finishing pressure.

Emberlyn eventually found another route.

The 25th and 26th minutes brought the Running Knee and Veil of Ashes.

Then, in the 27th, she applied the Blackout Dragon Sleeper.

Morrigan refused to submit.

Dark Ritual answered by returning to tandem offense in the final three minutes.

Morrigan's Spinning Back Fist and Wicked Willow's Widow's Peak Neckbreaker helped restore their attack.

The 30th minute ended with Morrigan delivering an Inverted DDT while Wicked Willow followed with a Snap Suplex.

The bell sounded before either team could establish a winning fall.

What it showed: Hellfrost and Dark Ritual have considerable offensive depth, but neither demonstrated the consistency necessary to finish the other.

Dark Ritual created several strong tandem stretches.

Hellfrost recovered repeatedly and continued generating late offense.

The managers' interventions complicated the contest without settling it.

The draw reflected a match in which both teams remained dangerous but neither could establish a decisive conclusion.

The question for the rematch was whether either partnership could create that missing finishing opportunity without outside involvement determining the result.

House Show 2026 – 074.02

Lubbock, Texas — 10/27/2026

Lubbock's second night produced considerably different outcomes from the opening card.

Two matches reached decisions through direct pinfalls, two pairings changed their previous results, and one contest ended before its natural conclusion because of outside interference.

Results

Match 1 – Hellfrost vs Dark Ritual

RESULT: Dark Ritual defeat Hellfrost via disqualification.

⭐⭐½

The contest ended in the 12th minute when Grinch Heyman used a cord to choke Morrigan, resulting in Emberlyn Black's disqualification. Dark Ritual received the victory, but the finish did not resolve the teams' competitive balance.

Match 2 – River Reapers vs Jolly Green and Paul Bunyon

RESULT: River Reapers and Jolly Green and Paul Bunyon wrestle to a 30-minute time-limit draw.

⭐⭐⭐⭐½

The rematch featured repeated pinning opportunities, timely partner saves and lengthy tandem exchanges. Neither partnership could establish a finishing advantage despite sustained pressure throughout the final third of the match.

Match 3 – Lyric Everfrost vs Belsnickel

RESULT: Belsnickel defeats Lyric Everfrost via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Belsnickel reversed the opening-night result after 29 minutes, finishing with Ringing the Bell. Everfrost survived several periods of interference by Fenwick Grimbough and generated multiple submission opportunities before the decisive fall.

Match 4 – Leiton Snake vs Marcus the Beastmaster

RESULT: Marcus the Beastmaster defeats Leiton Snake via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐½

Marcus completed the sweep in 22 minutes following a Double Axhandle. Leiton Snake survived several prolonged offensive stretches and nearly won with the Curb Stomp in the 19th minute, but Marcus eventually established the deciding cover.

Main Event – Bigfoot vs Ironfang

RESULT: Bigfoot defeats Ironfang via pinfall.

⭐⭐⭐½

Bigfoot reversed the opening-night count-out defeat after 22 minutes. He generated multiple unsuccessful covers during the middle portion before Coach Cal Mercer alerted the referee to illegal conduct, creating the final opening that preceded Bigfoot's successful pin.

Featured Match Observation

Lyric Everfrost vs Belsnickel

The first match lasted three minutes.

The second lasted 29.

That difference alone tells us that Belsnickel arrived with a considerably better understanding of the challenge.

But the actual wrestling reveals more.

Everfrost did not abandon the approach that had worked on opening night.

She immediately attacked with submissions.

The Sharpshooter appeared in the first minute.

Belsnickel survived.

Everfrost returned to the Dragon Sleeper in the third.

Again, Belsnickel refused to submit.

The fifth minute brought another Sharpshooter.

Still no submission.

This was already a fundamentally different contest.

Belsnickel had survived three significant submission attempts before the opening-night match would have been six minutes old.

Fenwick Grimbough also became involved early.

In the sixth minute, he struck the referee with his rulebook, but escaped punishment.

Everfrost continued fighting.

When Belsnickel attempted an attack from the turnbuckle in the seventh minute, Everfrost reversed it and answered with the Shoulder Block.

The next major test came in the ninth minute.

Everfrost returned to the Dragon Sleeper.

Belsnickel survived again.

A Backbreaker created a pinning opportunity one minute later.

Belsnickel kicked out.

That sequence established the match's central question.

Everfrost continued finding opportunities.

Belsnickel continued surviving them.

In the 11th minute, Grimbough created an opening through another distraction.

Belsnickel attempted a cover.

Everfrost reversed it into a pinning opportunity of her own.

Belsnickel escaped.

From the 14th through 17th minutes, Grimbough's involvement became particularly consequential.

His confusing instructions created an extended defensive stretch for Everfrost.

Belsnickel used that period to attack with Ringing the Bell and a Roundhouse Right.

Grimbough then delivered a cheap shot in the 17th minute.

Belsnickel covered.

Everfrost kicked out at two.

That escape mattered.

The interference had given Belsnickel a sustained opportunity, but it had not completed the victory.

Everfrost recovered.

The 18th and 19th minutes brought consecutive Bodyslams.

She later survived a difficult reversal exchange in the 22nd minute, countering Belsnickel's response with another Bodyslam.

By the 28th minute, Everfrost was still capable of applying the Sharpshooter and threatening another finish.

Belsnickel survived the subsequent cover.

One minute later, the momentum changed for the final time.

Everfrost delivered an Atomic Drop.

Belsnickel answered with Ringing the Bell.

He completed the pin.

What it showed: Belsnickel's victory was built on considerably greater resistance than he demonstrated on opening night.

He survived repeated applications of the submissions that had previously ended his contest in three minutes.

He also endured multiple late offensive stretches before producing a direct finishing move.

Grimbough's interference was substantial and remains an important qualification.

The result cannot be described as an entirely independent performance.

But neither can Everfrost's 29 minutes of offense be dismissed.

She continued creating opportunities long after the match had moved beyond the duration of their first encounter.

Belsnickel's improvement was primarily defensive.

He survived what had beaten him before.

Then he found his own finish.

That represents a significant correction, even with the assistance he received.

Closing

Four house shows across Hong Kong and Lubbock produced several revealing comparisons.

The clearest records came from wrestlers who repeated their victories under different circumstances.

Dark Duchess finished Hong Kong at 2–0 against Mother Earth.

The first contest lasted 21 minutes and required the Straight Jacket Choke to complete the pin.

The rematch lasted 15.

Mother Earth generated stronger periods of offense during the second meeting, including Gaia's Grace, but Dark Duchess responded and finished with Forehand Chops.

Both victories were decisive.

The second demonstrated that the Duchess could withstand more sustained resistance and still find an opportunity to finish.

Scarecrow also completed a sweep.

Dragon King created several dangerous exchanges across both nights, including repeated Brainbusters and a Dragon's Fury attempt.

Scarecrow survived them.

The first victory came through the Small Package.

The second followed the Side Chinlock.

That is a useful record for a wrestler whose finishing opportunities depended less on overwhelming force than on recognizing when his opponent could be covered.

Cheshire Cat produced Hong Kong's third sweep.

Huntsman offered substantial resistance across 42 combined minutes.

He survived a difficult first contest and remained competitive throughout the rematch.

But Cheshire Cat completed two direct victories.

The Fujiwara Armbar preceded the first pin.

The Coffin Drop supplied the second.

Dark Hatter's involvement qualifies both performances, particularly the late interference during the rematch.

Nevertheless, Cheshire Cat demonstrated considerable offensive variety and repeatedly maintained enough pressure to create winning opportunities.

The unresolved pairing in Hong Kong belonged to Kaminari Hono and Allan A Dale and Lion.

Sixty minutes.

Two time-limit draws.

No winning falls.

The second contest offered more direct threats of victory, including multiple covers, partner saves and submission attempts.

That makes the second draw somewhat more informative.

But it remains a draw.

Neither partnership has established superiority.

The Gods of War and King's Collectors finished with one victory apiece.

The King's Collectors earned the stronger decision when Ledger Knight pinned Mars on opening night.

The Gods of War won the rematch by disqualification after Prince John attacked the referee.

Those results balance numerically.

They do not carry equal competitive weight.

Lubbock's most consistent individual performance came from Marcus the Beastmaster.

Marcus defeated Leiton Snake twice.

The first match required 26 minutes.

The second required 22.

Leiton generated considerable offense in both contests and repeatedly tested Marcus through attacks such as the Diving Somersault Neckbreaker, Buckle Bomb and Curb Stomp.

Marcus survived.

The Bearhug preceded the opening-night finish.

The Double Axhandle completed the rematch.

Both victories were direct.

That gives Marcus one of the more convincing records of the week.

The River Reapers also left Lubbock unbeaten.

Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer opened with a 16-minute victory over Jolly Green and Paul Bunyon.

The rematch lasted the full 30.

Sawyer and Finn created several finishing opportunities, but their opponents repeatedly interrupted covers through partner saves.

The River Reapers finished 1–0–1.

Jolly Green and Bunyon could not reverse the opening-night loss, but they demonstrated enough improvement to prevent another victory.

That distinction matters.

Hellfrost and Dark Ritual offered a less satisfying conclusion.

Their first meeting lasted 30 minutes and ended without a decision.

Their second ended after 12 because Grinch Heyman's interference resulted in Hellfrost's disqualification.

Dark Ritual therefore finished 1–0–1.

But the second result says less about superiority than the first contest.

Morrigan and Wicked Willow showed strong tandem offense.

Emberlyn Black and Velora Synn repeatedly found answers.

The issue remains unresolved by a direct fall or submission.

Lyric Everfrost and Belsnickel finished with a split.

Everfrost's three-minute submission victory was decisive.

Belsnickel's 29-minute pinfall reversal was substantially more demanding.

Everfrost continued applying the holds that had worked the previous night.

Belsnickel survived them and eventually won with Ringing the Bell.

Grimbough's interventions must remain part of the assessment.

Nevertheless, the increased resistance showed a meaningful adjustment.

Bigfoot and Ironfang also divided their two meetings.

Ironfang controlled much of the opening match before securing a nine-minute count-out victory.

Bigfoot returned the following night and extended the contest to 22 minutes.

This time, Bigfoot produced repeated pinning attempts before finally securing the fall following Coach Cal Mercer's involvement with the referee.

The second result was more complete in terms of the official decision.

The closing circumstances also prevent it from being treated as an uncomplicated measure of physical superiority.

Taken together, this week's results reveal three different kinds of progress.

There were wrestlers who repeated victories through different finishing methods.

There were competitors who corrected opening-night failures and changed the outcome.

And there were teams that remained competitive for 30 minutes without finding the one sequence necessary to win.

Those categories should not be treated as interchangeable.

Marcus the Beastmaster leaves Texas with two direct victories.

Cheshire Cat, Dark Duchess and Scarecrow leave Hong Kong with unbeaten records.

The River Reapers remain unbeaten, although their second result was a draw.

Belsnickel demonstrated that a decisive opening-night defeat did not prevent a substantially improved rematch.

And Kaminari Hono, Allan A Dale and Lion leave Hong Kong having demonstrated endurance without resolving which team is better.

There is value in each of those performances.

But the questions they answer are different.

As NPCW moves toward November, the house-show results offer evidence of who can repeat success, who can adjust after defeat, and who still needs to demonstrate that sustained offense can become a decisive victory.

Those are the details worth following.

House shows don’t crown champions—but they do reveal who’s ready.
